Just brought home a dryer that was sold to me as new a scratch & dent
unit only to find out when i went to hook it up it had been used.
The filter was full of lint, very unhappy after spend the afternoon hauling it home. Shame on me for not looking closer and shame on you Sears for your misleading sales tactics.

I love the scratch and dent outlet. I bought my new house about 5 years ago and completely remodeled the kitchen. I bought a new Elite Trio Fridge, Elite Front Load Washer and Dryer, Kitchen Aid Wine Fridge (under the counter), Microwave, Bosch dishwasher and a Jenn Air 36" Pro-Style Gas Range (retail at Great Indoors $5600, I paid $2200 at the outlet). I've love every appliace and have not had a single issue with any of them. On the fridge, I saved $1000, on the wine fridge another $1000 (retail is $1800), on the washer dryer, I think $800 total. About two years ago I bought an extra fridge for the garage from the outlet and same thing, no problems. It's a great place to get great deals. Just check everything over and find the dents, sometimes they'll be hidden based on the set up in your house anyway.

BEWARE!! I purchased a range and microwave in April 09, and when I went to pick-up merchandise, their loaders put the range into my vehicle with sliders that they forgot to remove before I left causing the stove-top to break at the first stop. They refused to work with me and I was told it was my problem. Well it also turns out the stove was used and the oven was still dirty with food (pic attached), It must have been used at least 6 months. I was told it only had a few scratches on it. My credit card co. instructed me to return the item to receive credit. I did exactly as told and I also got a signature from Sears when delivered. Well, later my credit card co. reverses the charges and tells me to pickup the merchandise because they can no longer help me. Well, when I go to Sears to pickup my merchandise they tell me they cannot locate my item, and that they have no idea where it is. They told me the delivery signature I have means absolutely nothing to them. They are rude and they could care less for their customers. I have bought several items from them in the past, and not even that moves them. So now I am stuck with a $1750.00 bill and no merchandise. The Manager told me to go home and get over it.

We purchased a washer and dryer from the Sears Outlet Store. One was supposed to be deeply discounted in a scratch & dent sale. When they delivered the washer & dryer, both were in perfect shape! We ended up with new products at a discount price. I would do business with them again.

I repeat AGAIN - do NOT buy from this store. Yes - they have great deals, but these things come at a price - nothing is EVER free in this world. They'll razzle-dazzle you and be your friend, even throw Sears' own product line (Kenmore)

Never make a mistake of buying anything from this store. I bought this refrigerator from this store wen they delivered it some parts were missing. They said they will send techi ician to fix it. After 2 weeks techinicen comes and finds out another part is broken , orders something and it's been a month and I m still waiting. I called store manager he said I ll call u back but never did. Itried to reach him he's always busy or not there. I tried sears customer service directly they said outlets are individually owned they can't do much. All I can say is pay little more but please don't take this headache it's not worth it. Worst experience and cutomer service I have ever ever seen.
