Olive Garden has great Itlalian food. My favorite thing there are the unlimited salad and breadsticks!! At lunch time you cna get a pretty cheap combo of unlimited soup, salad, adn breadsticks. My husband loves the lobster and shrimp ravioli!! My favorite is the calamari appetizer. This is a great place for lunch of dinner- great to go out as a couple or as a group of friends!!
When I mention going here my husband's face lights up. We have been to other Olive Gardens where the waiter counted his money while taking our drink orders, we waited 30 minutes for our drink and eventually just left and drove right over to this one.
There will be screaming children everywhere but here they seem to keep them in a pack and put the childless people on the other side of the restaurant which I am extremely grateful for (I have had other people's children touch me and pull my hair). The waiters are awesome here and the managers come around and greet you before you leave, it's customer service done right.
And then there's the food, it's delicious. I have even come in 20 minutes before they were closing before and gotten excellent service and a delicious meal. Skip the others, come here!
I've been to this location twice now and will NOT be back. A simple to go order of breadsticks, soup, and calamari should NOT take nearly half an hour. I'd also gone there with 4 co-workers right at opening and it took nearly 10 minutes for a server to greet us. After we placed the order, a good 20 minutes went by before we were checked on. No bread, no salad, not even a lame excuse. There is NO excuse for that kind of shoddy service, even with a sizable, overrated chain.
Pros: The food is decent for the price
Cons: Apparently the crappy location means they will have staff to match
