Turner Bob - Simons Family Dental Ctr

My son had some work done, and we were very happy with the dental staff. But there were numerous problems with the billing statement (wrong name, wrong address, billed for wrong amount for wrong tooth). We were so happy with the dental work that I was willing to get it corrected and let it go at that.

Unfortunately, "Bob," the guy who handles all their billing, was too defensive to fix the billing problems, and we had to get an HR liason involved in order to get the bill right so we could claim it on our flex account.

Apparently, "Bob" is Dr Traci Simons father (or so he said when he CALLED ME AT HOME TWICE AFTER I TOLD HIM I DID NOT WISH TO DEAL WITH HIM ANYMORE), so I don't have much hope that they will remedy this issue, and I have had enough of "Bob." I just hope his bad behavior ends with the unwanted phone calls. He is scary.

Great family atmosphere. The dentists and staff are kind, professional and very friendly. My wife, son and I visit this dentist office routinely, which is saying a lot because I use to hate going to the dentist.

My children see Dr. Traci Simons. Her hygenist was WONDERFUL. My 4 year old required some extensive work. Dr. Simons and her staff did a great job in working through all of it. I really felt as if Dr. Simons only did what was required - nothing more!

We've been very happy with Dr. Tracy Simon. Her hygenists are very kid friendly, as well as mom accomodating. My kiddos love their token system of rewards!

PROS: Friendly, professional staff
CONS: not cheap!

I used to take my daughter here to get her teeth worked on.
She had her teeth cleaned & filled. She also had a root canal done on some of her teeth. Dr Simons did an awesome & great job on her teeth. I recommend him to anyone as they are a family dental clinic for anyone. She doesnt have the childrens ins anymore when she turned 20.

PROS: Great dentist center for anyone!
CONS: nothing that I can think of!
