My son had some work done, and we were very happy with the dental staff. But there were numerous problems with the billing statement (wrong name, wrong address, billed for wrong amount for wrong tooth). We were so happy with the dental work that I was willing to get it corrected and let it go at that.
Unfortunately, "Bob," the guy who handles all their billing, was too defensive to fix the billing problems, and we had to get an HR liason involved in order to get the bill right so we could claim it on our flex account.
Apparently, "Bob" is Dr Traci Simons father (or so he said when he CALLED ME AT HOME TWICE AFTER I TOLD HIM I DID NOT WISH TO DEAL WITH HIM ANYMORE), so I don't have much hope that they will remedy this issue, and I have had enough of "Bob." I just hope his bad behavior ends with the unwanted phone calls. He is scary.
