This place has just about every kind of bead that you can imagine. I have made many gifts for people with the help of the employees. They made me feel like an expert on my very first visit. They furnish everything you need to construct the perfect gift for yourself or as a gift. I made a braclet for my mother and liked it so much that I went back and made one for myself. Easy to get to - parking no problem.

Always an enjoyable place to visit. Why buy overpriced mass-produced costume jewelry when you can make exactly what you want? They have a broad selection of beads, charms, and other jewelry-making materials. They have classes as well but I haven't attended any.
PROS: The semiprecious stone beads are especially nice.
CONS: The purchasing system is a bit complicated at first.

This store is located on the drag and is definatly worth stopping by. They offer many bins filled with assorted beads and findings for making jewerly. You can also purchase already made pieces, strands of beads, accessories, and assorted collectable items to decorate your home. They offer beading classes to teach you how to make your own pieces of jewerly.
PROS: Nice Selection
CONS: A little Pricey

This is a fun place to browse, although it can be pricey. Nomadic Notions tends to carry hippy-type women's clothes, jewelry, and accessories. You'll find beads, stuff made out of hemp, etc. Their sales can be really good and they often put clearance items on the sidewalk with the prices posted, so you don't have to go in if it doesn't look very promising.

Nomadic Notions has such a large selection of beads and findings. If you are looking for for natural, plastic or glass beads, they have everything! One of the draw backs thouigh is that they sometimes get a shipment and that is the only one of that type they recieve, so they sometimes only have a certain bead once.
