Sure! I would buy from them! I love a dealership that strives to misrepresent their products, lies to the Texas Department of Public Safety, bends Texas record keeping rules, and is currently under review by the BBB.

Look at the reviews here. Good reviews are "astroturf" or employees and sympathizers writing great reviews.

Yeah! I would buy from these guys! Oh, yes, and give it 5 stars so the review stays here and does not get smoothed over - or purged into the automated cleanup page.

They charged me for work that wasn't done. Fraud! I am forwarding pictures to the manufacturer for warranty issues.

Terrible. Used vehicle I bought was unreliable. General manager was ignorant. Never go here. You will be ripped off. See more Yahoo reviews from various annoyed customers.

I would agree with the unsatisfactory review of Richardson Motorsports, and not the last happy-techie-talk post. I understand some things about bikes, and frankly, these guys either don't or wont. I also know that they will tell a customer that is in the hole for 20 grand or less to just go away when something can't be fixed a month or two into the purchase.

The sales people clearly understand the internet like an adolescent with a stolen ipad. They are bound to get in trouble the moment they connect and surf.

To this dealer, a perfect bike is a bike with a handful of problems that most buyers do not understand. If they don't like it, they can trade up, but only with them- if they leave their old bike on the lot. With they fix the problems, why should they, right? The next guy, gal, or couple won't find them until it is too late. To them, such a bike is a windfall.

Don't buy any products here.

That last post is most likely written by someone who works in sales at the dealer since this site is a high-on-the-list result from Google. Oh, yes, Chris is in their sales and finance department and likes to ride trikes on the group rides. Hmmm.

I read some of the other reviews, and I don't think so. I bought a $26,000 dollar Spyder from them, and a couple of the factory recalls were not done and I was a little hacked off, but when I asked, they told me to bring it in after work and they fixed them within an hour. I have had a couple of other minor issues, and they always tell me to come in and they fix the problems. I have purchased other bikes from them, and I have never seen them just ignoring the customer after the sale like some of these reviewers imply. Lets be realistic, they can't fix it today if they don't have the part, and its not free if the warranty is over or you did something stupid. And if they say, let us take a look at it before you leave, and you say NO, well then if there is a problem with a missing part its because you didn't give them a chance. I had a couple of screws on the body panel of my bike missing, probably from when it was built, and they said bring it in. For all they knew, I lost them. A few years ago I went on a group ride that started off at their shop, and we stopped for lunch, and the owner paid. Just because he was being nice. I think some of the other reviewers are only telling part of the true story. I was also ease dropping one day while looking for a new helmet, and they were not able to work on a bike because the best qualified mechanic for the job being requested was at training. In a case like that, I think I would be glad to wait two days for the best guy. Two days. You would have thought the manager had said two years from the way the man reacted. I would buy from them again. I also went on a ride with them at Christmas, where we went to a hospital, and the owner was very generous to some kids who had been hurt. So,.... put a lid on it, "your radiator" and go for a ride. And if you still have problems, well,... you should have gotten a Spyder.

They are excellent at writing their own internet reviews. I wish I could say I have as high an opinion of them as they do.

Purchased a new bike from them. I rode it three miles before it overheated because they had not tightened the radiator cap. The front brake light had never been connected and there was a noise coming from the front end. I contacted them and they effectively blew me off. I've had the bike 5 days now and have been able to ride it for 5 minutes. Very poor customer service once you purchase your bike.

My husband has bought parts for his four wheelers from Richardson Motor Sports over the last few years. The drive is not convenient, but they are reasonable on there prices.

This long time Richardson business has a wide assortment of recreational sports vehicles- from four wheelers to jet skis. They have a great service department and a knowledgeable staff with good experience in the field.
