One of the best, if not THE best out of the way Sushi places in Arlington. Every time we go the staff is attentive and the food is stinkin fantastic! You can't beat the sushi and the prices are great. Right now everything is reduced b/c of their anniversary (I think) So I got a terrific cali roll for 2.99. Melt in your mouth good. I took my son in for lunch and as we left the sushi chef gave him a little bottle of Japanese soda, on the house, little touches like that are why we go, and tip well! Definitely worth a try if you are thinking about stopping in!

I've eaten at a wide variety of sushi restaurants in the DFW area, but Cafe Hana has surpassed them all! The sushi is amazing, the ambiance is very cozy, and the wait staff is definitely friendly. I have not had a negative experience like the one previously stated (by someone who is clearly an imbecile); in fact, I always walk out satisfied. I'd recommend this place to anyone. It's great!

By the way, although Cafe Hana is a Japanese restaurant, it is owned and staffed by mostly Koreans, so they do speak Korean.

My family has been enjoying Cafe Hana since shortly after they opened. We try other places as they pop up but, we always come back here! The fish is always fresh and well appointed. The "specialty rolls" are interesting and different as well. We have never been disappointed by a meal here. Sushi is our absolute favorite food and we have been everywhere from Nobu to little ugly joints. For our taste Cafe Hana is a stand out. The service is consist ant, friendly, and gracious. On top of all this... the prices are very fair.

They have creative rolls like the Wasabi roll and UTA roll with various ingredients and flavors. The waitstaff is friendly and courteous and the ambience is great (there are televisions if you are alone and do not want to be bored waiting). I love sitting at the bar, but the chefs don't communicate much with you (different ones from the last time I visited in 2006) so that was a bit different. I like this restaurant mostly because of its close proximity to where I stay when in the DFW area, but it's very pricey for the amount of sushi I like to eat. Most sushi (sets of 2) run from $4-6, the average roll price is $10, and you'll have to pay for miso soup, so don't go too hungry unless you are willing to pay $40+ for it.

Pros: delicious rolls, good service

Cons: more expensive than most sushi places

I've been eating at Cafe Hana regularly for three years and I've never seen or experienced an episode like that which seemed to play out for the very angry (I'm sure this person has many of these types of incidents and is probably very impossible to please) person. The wait staff and sushi artist are very friendly and helpful and Cafe Hana has the freshest and tastiest sushi I have ever eaten and I've eaten tons of sushi, sashimi, nagiri, hand rolls, etc. and from many diffferent places. I highly recommend the Beach Roll its beauty is in its simplicity. As we all know there are two sides to every story.

I love sushi and this place serves up affordable and good qulaity sushi. Its a small place in kinda a strip mall but the food and service is great. They also offer other Japanese dishes.
