Worst company ever. Stay far away. They came out to fix our pump under warranty from pentair. The technician, without taking more than 5 seconds told my wife what the problem was and they would only do this 1 thing to my pump. My wife was

Texsun Pool & Spa weekly maintenance service is worse than sin. They charge a premium for shoddy service by incompetent individuals. They didn't maintain salt levels. They didn't maintain chlorine levels. They didn't maintain pH levels. They'd didn't get the air out of the system. They didn't know how to operate the equipment. They wouldn't even let you know if something was broken. I even discovered that they didn't have a clue as to how many gallons of water were in my pool after a lengthy time of them servicing it. And it is not simply a case of one bad apple. I tried dealing with management and discovered that incompetence runs all the way up the totem pole. They'll make you think like any issues you have are aberrations and that they'll fix it, but that is all just smoke and mirrors. They don't return customer calls and they think nothing of blowing off promises they've made. If you want to protect your pool, then whatever you do, don't let Texsun Pools near it.

Texsun Pools website says, ""we depend on customers' satisfaction for our livelihood"".....what a joke, if they did depend on their customers, you would think they would treat them like valued clients and their service department would be awesome. Unfortunately, it is one of the worst and most incompetent service departments of any pool company I have had to deal with. We have been a loyal customer for 13 years, but that is ending today. Made an appt. on Monday for pool service on Wed., a woman called and pushed the service appt. to Thurs. because of the rain. I gave her my new phone number, & I stressed more than once it was very important they call the night before as I needed to meet the service man...(property has locked gates and I must drive 45 min. to get there)...no prob. she said. Never heard from anyone on Wed., so I called office on Thurs. to see where I was on the schedule & Jimmy said, ""Well he was there at 8 a.m. and no one was there, so you must re-schedule. Sorry for the inconvenience. I went back over the conversation with him and he said ""must of been a temporary working"". Finally got pool looked at ..........rep said must order a new board for Jandy system........I said ok, call me when its in. They called the following Mon. to schedule service for Wed. I once again stressed the fact I must be called the night before so I could be there on time. Asked if I wanted to speak to the service rep Trey. I re-explained that he MUST call me on Tues. night to let me know about what time to be there........oh yes madam, I will call you on Tues. evening. Again no call, so at 5:30 p.m. I call Texsun pools again to see where I was on the schedule so I could rearrange my day, if necessary. Jimmy once again, says everyone is gone for the days, trucks are all parked and phones are charging. I have no way to reach your service rep. So on Wed. at 6:55 a.m. I get a call from service rep and he says I will be there in 1 hour. I said, ""are you servious?? Why did you not call me last night like I asked?"" Oh bc I worked until 8:30 p.m. Needless to say I live on ranch, lots of morning chores to do, painters scheduled to come at 8 a.m. and then must be 45 min. across town at 8 am to meet the service tech who couldn't even make a 15 second phone call to let me know I had to be there at 8. Had to cancel the painters, missed my work conference call at 10....etc. & all this could have been avoided with a simple courtesy call the night before. I arrived at the property at 7:55 a.m. ......because you know if I wasn't there on time, he would just put another tag on the gate......no one home, call office to re-schedule & leave. After arriving, I waited 30 min. & called office to see where he was. Was told he was running a little late, sorry for the inconvenience. I guess he lives 2 hours drive from my property. Rep showed up at 9 a.m. Needless to say I was seeing red. Service depts. are so inconsiderate of customers these days. This company has no customer satisfaction at all.......just a little consideration could go a long way. They don't care....just hope you'll keep coming back. No so with this ole gal. I will find another company, who hopefully does care........maybe a little bit.

Simply put, Texsun retail stores are ok, they have good products and knowledgeable salespeople, but avoid TEXSUN's service department at all costs!!!\r\n\r\nRecently I paid for the annual service package of DE Filter cleaning and Hayward Heater service. SCAM - RIPOFF / BS !!! \r\n\r\nThe TEXSUN Service folks come to my house and service my Hayward filter (broke my filter fins in the process + $65 extra) and supposedly performed annual service on my Heater. While servicing my heater, Kyle the service tech @TEXSUN tells me my blower motor is bad, and I need a new one, and my repair estimate for this will be $ 500 extra. What?!? I told him to stop right there.\r\n\r\nNot believing Kyle at TEXSUN's BS, I go home and checkout my ""bad blower motor"" myself, and discover a large mud dobber nest as the source of my issue. So I removed the nest and no more problems! Right???? - Wrong!\r\n\r\nThinking I need to bring this to the attention of TEXSUN's management, I speak to head of the service department. His name is Kevin Hooker (281-378-4562). Thinking I'm going to get things straightened out, so I speak to Kevin. When I inform him at best his guy is incompetent, at worst a crook, Kevin gets incredibly defensive and crappy with me. \r\n\r\nBy the end of the conversation, he says he will refund my $80 bucks for the heater service, but refuses to refund me for the parts they broke and vehemently (read jackass) supports his service tech who tried to screw me over, and basically tells me tough s%$t!\r\n\r\nJust a warning here, but avoid Texsun service. It's really a shame, because their retail stores are darn good. They have just lost a loyal customer for life! (and one who will post social media commentary too)

I called Texsun to fix the Polaris in floor pool cleaner. After 2 calls they sent out a tech, he needed to order a part and did so. I then had to call 5 times to get him to come back out and install it. Each time Texsun lady said she would check and call me right back and each time she did not. I then called the service manager, was told he was taking inventory and could not come to the phone. I left a vm and still no one returned my call and no one has come back out-- It's clear Texsun does not have a ""customer comes first attitude""-- save your time and call another pool company, they are many to choose from.

I go the Texsun to buy their chemical, BioGurad. \r\n\r\nI tried their water testing service once and will not use it again. It took them four water tests and had me buying over $250. In chemicals before my pool was clear again. Prior to then and since then it has never taken that long or cost that much money on chemicals to get my pool clear. \r\n\r\nI will not buy chemical in their Spring store ever again, poor customer server. We ordered the hot tub on October 6th at which time we were told it should only take 2 weeks for delivery. The spa was not delivered until November 14th, six weeks later!

I went to the woodlands store that same weekend to get the water tested, at which time I ordered a Jacuzzi step which was two steps high. At the same time, 2 Jacuzzi towels were ordered that were promised to be delivered with the spa and weren??t. I stopped by the store 2 weeks later to pick up the towels and steps only to find that the steps had not been ordered! After repeated calls and trips to the woodlands store, one month after I asked them to order the steps, the steps we received were wrong!

On December 21st we walked out to the spa only to find that it wasn??t working. I phoned the service department on the Monday morning of Dec 22nd and told the tech that there was an error code of 4 dashes. I also mentioned that the cover had a broken strap on one of the corners. He told me that he would have someone call me that day. That evening I called back to find out why no one had called back. I spoke to Sue who told me that the service order hadn??t even been placed yet! One Tuesday the 23rd someone called and made an appointment for Wednesday the 24th! A technician arrived at our home, walked over to the spa, looked at the display and said ??yep it??s broken?! He said the parts would be ordered and someone would get back to us. On January 6th we find out that the part has just been ordered and is on back order!!!

Best case scenario the part will be installed by January 16th, leaving us with a spa that has been broken 26 out of the 60 days we have had it! Today we have been told the part was backordered again.

Your salesman made many references to the fact that Jacuzzi was the best in the business and that TexSun was a reputable dealer and service provider. The above description of our experience with TexSun has been the worst ever! We have a $11,000 spa purchased from TexSun that has become a nightmare for us! As for as we are concerned, we demand a full refund on the spa from TexSun. Your company clearly misrepresented it??s ability to service and support the Jacuzzi Spa.
