I was a big fan of Arlington Camera until i was sold old, out of date R4 color print paper. I realize that this is not an item that is in high demand, but product that is past the expiration date should not be kept on the shelf without clear indication that it is old. With the refusal to refund my 50 plus dollars for a worthless, ruined product, this store has lost my business forever

Excellent Store, Great Staff, Good Prices. Very good store with very knowledgable staff. You would think that such a high end store would turn their nose up and an amateur who wants a little point and shoot. Not here. They treated me like one of the pro's and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Their prices were competitive with other big box and internet sites. They've even taken the time to help me with my camera when I've come back with questions. They also have an excellent new website that is great for browsing but still helped over the phone when I had questions. Personal service at it's best. This is how stores used to be before the mega-stores popped up on every corner. I don't usually take time to write reviews, but I really thought they deserved a thumbs up!

This place is awesome. I would say the best thing about this place is the fact the employees are extremely knowledgable and they can definitely help you find the camera for your exact needs. Another big plus is that they buy back old cameras as well, so you can get some bucks off of your new one. They also have a great selection as well.

We found our web cam here. The price was great, the quality of the picture was perfect. The people here were really nice and helpful in helping us pick out the camera we needed with all the features we wanted on it. The place was clean and the people were really professional.

While Arlington Camera has just about the most knowledgeable staff you will find, the store is painfully small, and usually overly warm. When the store is busy, it is hard to make it through the store at all. Items can also be a bit steeply priced, but are usually worth it, because you will be getting the "real deal"

Ok, so they cost a little more, but sometimes you want to pay a little more for good service and expert knowledge. For me, when it concerns my cameras and photos, it's worth the sacrifice. The staff here will answer any of your questions or concerns that the staff at a larger electronics store will merely meet with an open-mouthed stare. Great shop.
