Putt Putt Golf & Games

My Girlfriend and I went to Putt Putt to ride the go carts and play mini golf. However, the two female employees were so busy talking work gossip that they took our money without realizing we'd paid them. It wasn't until after they finished talking that they asked for our money. We informed them we'd already paid and after skeptical looks at each other, reluctantly gave us our go cart tickets and clubs. This left the both us feeling like we done something wrong, downgrading the experience and making the entire stay awkward. We contemplated asking for our money back and leaving but didn't want to escalate the situation. I will not be returning to that location.

Customer Service was terrible!!! All the female employees working inside were just talking to each other about dumb things instead of helping me and my son. We waited a while till they finally helped us. We then rode the go-carts which wasn't that bad, but for 5 mins. The man working was nice and offered that they serve pizzas and such inside, something the female employees inside didn't even mention. The employees there need to trained a bit better with customer service, i will not be returning

I like their little putt putt. Games could use some maintenance. But since there was nothing else to do in this town, it was a good experience.
Golf for 36 holes was $6.00. Pinball, video games, go cart track, kiddy games.

PROS: Lots of different things to do.
CONS: Needs maintenance and the greens need vacumed

Our visit to this mini golf course was a sheer disappointment. It was very poorly maintained and filthy. Parts of the course were broken and falling apart. The decorative streams were festering cesspools that stunk. They were understaffed and we had to wait several minutes for someone to show up to give us our golf clubs.
