One of the things that impressed me most about Mr. Notebook was how helpful they were in dealing with problems customers have. I recently took my laptop in to see what repairs needed to be done and the personel knew immediately what was wrong and gave me multiple options to work with. However, what really impressed me was how accommodating they were. I had a tight schedule to work with in order to bring my laptop in for a simple memory recovery and they stayed open longer than their alloted business hours in order to assist me. Although the problem was unable to be resolved, the fact that they were willing to work with my schedule stands out as one of the most remarkable feats of service I have ever recieved. I would highly recommend Mr. Notebook if for no other reason than they will take care of your problems.

I took my lab topto Best Buy to remove a menory card. They couldnt remove it,but could sent it to Toshibafor 130.00 or try and remove it and breaking the card and the slot too. Itook it to Mr. Notebook and they removed it without breaking the card or the slot. Boy they did a great no super job.

We liked the first one so well, we bought another. Over the next couple of years, we bought two more. The first one and the last one had various problems with the hardware that were handled with great courtesy by the staff. Since we bought the computers there, labor was at no charge. I tell my friends to go there for discounts on computers, and great service.

Do not take your dell notebook in for repair if you're getting a blue screen. They will charge you a hefty $50 to run a hardware diagnostic test, which you can do yourself. If your stop error ends in D1, it more than likely is a driver, or system error and not a hardware error (that is what they don't tell you at Mr. N). Research your stop error message online through dell support, and microsoft...by the time I got ahold of the internet through another machine, I had already taken it in for a diagnostic check.\r\n\r\n After the fact that they have already charged $50, for something they should've know wasn't the case...I mean c'mon they do this day in and out, its not like its new to them...they will ""recommend"" you to restore your system at a price of $90+, but what they dont tell you is that on certain notebooks like inspiron, you can do it for free. \r\n\r\nPress and hold control, and when the dell sreen come on, press F11, which will take to to a screen where you can restore you system to when you first got it, of course this will delete current files like documents,and pictures so it is important you back them up first. Hope this info will save someone a minimum of $140+ for this system error, unfortunately it cost me $50. \r\n\r\n*Source for info can be found on microsoft/support and dell/support websites.

Pros: Cheap Notebooks

Cons: Repair charges are high, they will rip you off, noticed their notebooks on display for sale even had error messages.

Mr. Notebook stands behind their products and have gone above and beyond for even the most minor technical difficulties. I have referred several friends and family to Mr. Notebook all of whom have been very pleased with the service and the prices.

My Dell laptop was purchased there by a friend who I bought it from. He had taken it there for a serious problem and I picked it up for him. I noted the thoroughness of the description of the services performed and the reasonable price and made a mental note to bring it back there if I ever had a problem. It was out of warranty, I had been using it only about 2 weeks, and one day I pushed the power button and nothing happened. My desktop had just died and I was about to panic. I called these guys up and told them what happened. I took it in, and they had it fixed in 20 seconds! (No exaggeration!) Sure, it was a simple problem, but they could have kept it a day and charged me a standard service fee. They did not charge me a penny, and they made sure I saw what caused the problem (loose internal connection) and how I could fix it myself if it ever happened again. The staff was courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. Nowadays it's tough to find service like that anywhere on anything. I would not hesitate to recommmend them to anyone, and have done so.

We found this businnes to provide great computers without the heavy price tag. The service was great and answered all of our questions, even when I had to call back several times, very patient. I would recommend this store for all laptop needs.
