They provide timely, expert care for my beloved pets. They ae very sensitive to the animal's special needs and phobias. They provide me with education and tips on how to be a better pet owner.

I can't say enough about the love and care the staff and doctors offer at this facility. My Australian Shepherd Sadie thinks of the place as Puppy Camp and literally pulls me inside whenever we visit or she is boarded there. She even gets excite when we mention one of the staff by name. They were incredibly sensitive and caring when we had to put down are old dog Princess 2 years ago and have assisted with our new pup Sadie, to become a very healthy 2 year old. She is my baby and I wouldn't trust her to anyone else. They always make each person feel like they are important. Sometimes you may have to be patient and wait your turn but it's because they are giving their most to the current customer/patient. It's well worth the wait.

This clinic needs to manage its scheduling better and to train its front desk people to not be so rude to clients. I made an appointment to see the doctor over three weeks ago, When I came yesterday, on time, I was told very rudely and abruptly that I needed to come another day b/c they were "too busy"!!! I am going to find a vet who will honor its appointments and value their clients time. It is not my fault they can't manage their schedule and they booked other people too tight against my appointment. Hire more people, learn how to make appointments, and teach your staff to be polite.

A friend recommended a vet at this clinic really highly. I made an appt. but when I showed up, the receptionist (who I heard being very rude to another client in front of the whole waiting room) tried to make me see another vet. I said no. First red flag. Got in to see the vet after an hour wait--seemed not enough staff, and the ones that were there were joking and fooling around, throwing papers at each other and eating a birthday cake instead of helping me and my pet! Not very professional at all. I waited in the room forgotten before the vet came in. Second red flag. The vet was wonderful just like my friend said--he took time to explain my dogs problem. He apologized for the wait. I appreciated that a lot. Third red flag was that they were out of the medicine I needed, so I had to waste my day off going to get the prescription filled. Final red flag was that I called the next day with a question and the receptionist refused to give my message to the doctor, even though I told her that he said if I had any questions, I should call. Very frustrating. Overall, it is a beautiful building, but the only thing I thought was up to snuff was the vet who was professional, caring and wanted to answer all my questions and for my pet to do well. Reading the other reviews on the internet, it seems that this used to be a very good place, but I can't agree based on my experience. Loved the vet though.

I am an animal rescurer. I tend to use vets all of the area and I was able to use Dr. Mc Intyre and found her to be a great Doctor. Her staff is great as well.

I have been taking my dog to Dr. McGinnis for 4 years and she is great. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. She believes that dogs don't need immunizations yearly so that really helps with the cost of owning a pet! I highly recommend this vet.
