i stopped by just to get some boxes from them the lady was nice and got me out of there quick. about a year later i needed a space so i called them and they had one ready for me within 30 minutes. the manager was helpful and even let me borrow a dolly to move my washer and dryer. the lanes were a bit tight up and down but the turning wasn't terrible in the uhaul. either way they were pretty cheap.

This is the best storage facility I've ever used (and I've used a lot). I highly recommend. Location is great. Facilities are clean. The price is way more reasonable than the chain storage. Shop local!!
I had a unit it there for years and years.... and then for years and years, did not need it. When I came back after 5 years and walked in the office, Cathy remembered my name! AND gave me a 10% discount. I am very pleased with everything at Pond Springs Mini Storage.
really close to where i live, plus it was cheaper than the other place down the street. i had to buy my own lock,so far no problems and they'll usually work with me if im going to be late on the rent.
Pros: staff is friendly
Cons: not a whole lot of climate control units
i rented at this place a number of years ago, and recently had to clean out my garage of some extra stuff, i went back and the manager is the same lady from more than 5 years ago. she was just as helpful and friendly as i remember, got me a unit real quick no long pointless paperwork, just a quick bit of info and i had my unit and gate code. she even set up so i could get in late that night to do some extra moving.
Pros: cheap rates. convenient for me
