This gym has everything you need for a good workout. If you're looking for all the "Bells & Whistles" you should join the Supersport b/c they offer more equipment/space/variety of classes etc. This location offers a few classes. My favorite is TKB w/ Gina she is AWESOME! The other classes are pretty mediocre. This location has had a problem w/ auto thefts so dont leave valuables in plain view in car & try to park as close as possible. Also based on my experience, the staff is not very knowledgeable but they are VERY nice!

This location is a great place for those who just want to get their workout done with no worries about staring at someone else half naked. Employees are knowledgeable about the equipment and are glad to educate you on how to use weights and other equipment properly. I have used personal trainers a time or two here, and they help you achieve great results. Monthly fees are affordable for those on a budget.
