After reading a review from another customer I felt reluctant about checking out this dealer, but I felt that maybe there was more to that situation and maybe we could give them a try anyway. Unfortunately we had a bad experience as well, but were fortunate enough to be able to walk away without taking a loss.
My husband and I recently went to view 2 trucks with 59 Auto and we were fortunate enough unlike some of the other customers to have had the opportunity not to finalize a deal with this company. Kevin was actually our sales rep and seemed friendly but we came on a date that he wasnt there and spoke with another gentlemen that gave us totally different information that Kevin did regarding financing and to top it off he was very rude to us in front of another customer and our small children when we disagreed with what he told us. Each vehicle that we test drove had something wrong with the interior, visible damages to the exterior and interior body, and even dead insects which let us know that they werent even taking the time out to clean the vehicles.
I looked at this situation as a blessing because I feel like if that's the highest level of quality that you can produce in your fleet and highest level of professionalism that you can exert, then we will gladly spend our money elsewhere.
I just hope that this message will help other consumers that may consider purchasing from them in the near future. Know that they will change on you at any minute and there is no professionalism when they do so.
