Club Canine is a very caring place. The owner allowed me to tour the place and it was very clean. My dogs were happy when they came home and smelled awesome from their baths which were reasonably priced.

I have taken my dogs there three times, but no more. No problems the first time (prior to ownership change). The second time I requested they be bathed and specified it on the paperwork. When I picked them up, they were filthy. I was told they "forgot" and that there was new paperwork/ownership and it was mixed up. Tina told me she would bathe them for free the next time and would notate it. This week was the third time and when I dropped them off, I requested them to be bathed prior to pick up. Tina was rude and said they wouldn't forget and actually walked away when I was completing the paperwork. When I picked them up they were clean but I was charged (outrageous - $17 for a mini-pin and $30 for a bull terrier - both short haired dogs and no grooming necessary). Tina said she never said they would be free and was very rude. I was also charged for "daycare" for that day. Didn't get my measuring cup back for the dog food...won't be going back. I will mention that the other lady there (the one from Bed Biscuit and Beyond) is really nice but doesn't seem to have any authoriity since Tina came along.

Recently took our dogs to Club Canine, after the superior Denton boarding facility Bed, Biscuit and Beyond closed it's doors. At Club Canine the dogs seemed to be taken care of (from what I could tell) and it was a clean facility...but I was totally taken back when I got my bill. Apparently they have a policy of charging 3 nights boarding on the weekends...when the dogs ONLY STAY 2 NIGHTS. I took my dogs Friday and picked them up Sunday and was charged for three nights. Never been good at math, but that doesn't add up. I was told this is just their "weekend policy". Never been to a kennel with such bad math before...and wasn't informed of this policy until I picked them up (didn't see the little sign behind the counter that stated this -- "we treat Sunday night like Monday morning"). Too bad they rip people off with this little "policy"....because next time I'll be taking my dogs elsewhere.

My dog loved his "place away from home." They have indoor-outdoor kennels so each animal go out when they want and come back in when they want. They are also taken out into the play yard to romp each day. Best place to take your fur-baby!

I have used this kennel for years, and I can't recommend it highly enough. My dog was treated as though she were the only one they had -- and she always bounded out of the car when we arrived, eager to see her "friends" at Club Canine.

Highly recommend this fine pet-friendly business.
