Golden Moon Chinese Restaurant

Ate the lunch buffet- arrived at 12 sharp. Lots of people eating there. Food was decent to pretty good, restaurant was clean & waitress was very quick. I was disappointed with number of appetizers- not nearly as many as other buffets I've been to in McKinney & Dallas. Fruit on dessert bar was fresh- especially apples, oranges & kiwi. Some of the dishes on buffet were not replenished quickly, probably because restaurant had such a noon rush. Overall, I was satisfied for the price and food sat well in my belly afterwards- I just wish there were a few more selections or different tastes/textures.

I have the flu and needed something to help with my sinus problems, so spicy, Orange Chicken sounded great. I have ordered this dish from this restaurant several times with NO problem ... not today though. There was little or no sauce on the chicken pieces - chicken just tasted like soggy, fried chicken - yuck! I called them and was told that they would give me a credit for the Orange Chicken for the next time I ordered, but wouldn't bring out another order?!?!? I will update with info as to whether or not they actually honor their promise. Question in my mind is why they didn't just offer a new order to replace the original one now.

I am a notoriously picky person about my meat, the fat content, and the quality in general. Every single Chinese place I've ever had has always had fatty tendon filled breaded chicken for their sweet and sour chicken dishes. Not here!! I was able to eat ALL of my sweet and sour chicken, and went back for more. The quality of the beef and pork was good too. I was even able to get a plate of food that my pickier 4 year old would eat. My one year old had some good finger food choices as well.

They have a decent spread of food, and for the price you just can't go wrong. I would recommend them, and I have all intentions of going back in the near future. :)

This is a good buffet, if you like Chinese buffets. It's quick and decent food for a good price. I don't eat here often, but it's easy and quick when I'm in a rush and the food is better than you'd think for a buffet!

This restaurant has a nice buffet. For Texas it has really good Chinese Food. The place is clean and very affordable. I would recommend them to others.

This place is right past Main Street in Frisco on the left hand side. It has a awesome buffet and serve lots of seafood for their dishes. My son who is 14 loves to go their as he can eat as much as he wants and enjoys all the seafood. The restaurant is clean and the food seems to be fresh on the buffet. Never had a bad meal at this place.

Went there for lunch with my girlfriend and our girls. Very good food with fresh fruit and vegetables. great olace for parents who want to introduce heathly food to their young children. Loved the hot and sour soup, my toddler loved the noodles and fresh fruit. I highly recommend this place. great price for all the food you can eat.
