Home Depot

They seem to have a lot of business here- they frequently sell out of special sale items before I get there. I have driven over to another location after that and they usually will have the sale items. Customer service inside the store can be inconsistent. I went there one morning when they were slow and I had 7 people ask if they could help me in less than 5 minutes (annoying) and other times I have had trouble finding people to help me. In spite of that, I like the store, their merchandise selection, and the prices. Paint dept. is great- I like Behr products. This summer I bought a GE water heater there with a 9 year warranty and had them install it. Water heater is great but there were some things about ordering and installation process that were not good (long ordering process on phone, miscommunication).

This is the place to go if you need to build something or fix something. They have everything you need. Help is always just around a corner. I like this store and I could spend hours here.

Home Depot is an ok Home supply store. They are similar to Lowes Home Improvement. They do not carry a huge assortment of items like Lowes but they usually have what you are looking for. The isles are very wide and items are spread out.
For Customer Service, you usually have to go looking for someone and probley never find them unless you stand in one of the main isles and just looked extremely confused. They will tell you were you can find an item but want take you to the product itself. So Customer service could be improved upon.
