I have been been going to this vet since 1982 (27 yrs). YES 27 YEARS!! Staff and doctors are wonderful. They are there for the animals NOT people. So the 2 whiners get your noses out of the air about you and think of your animal. Cat cleaning and removing teeth only took 30 minutes --stupid comment. Your comments prove there were complications. And if you agreed to do what ever was needed, don't complain. They will call you if the prices increase if you ask them to.

Did you know they do surgery during the "lunch hours" duh!? They don't take the same lunch hours as other people. So after surgeries are over the doctor may grab a bite to eat--usually within the neighborhood. 15 minutes, My God, they spent the time saving lives. You spent yours making poor assumptions. Do you want good care? No, go to a fly by night vet...

Stiles and Ong are there whenever I need them --but I try not to waste their time. I have had pets with weird problems and they have spent hours with me working out treatments. They have the biggest hearts there are--guiding my husband and I through the pain of loosing our cherished pets.

I would have left in an instant if I ever felt they slighted my animals. Finding a vet that care more about your animals than you--priceless. Respect the vet--they will respect you. Treat them bad--am sure you get it in return.

Let me start by saying that I have gone to this clinic for 10+ years with my cats and have always had a great experience with Dr. Stiles. In a recent visit they told me that one of my cats needed to have her teeth cleaned and that it would cost $250. When I picked her up later that day, I was charged $385!!!! That included teeth cleaning, anesthesia, blood work, two teeth pulled and antibiotics. I could NOT believe it. I was furious especially since all of their competitors charge between $200-$250. I think that is absolutely ridiculous! I don't pay that to have my own teeth cleaned. And I know for a fact that the entire procedure took less than 30 minutes. All I can say is get it in writing before you take your animal to this clinic for any procedure. Lesson learned.

I have used Tanglewide for years. When I moved to Katy I took my dogs to a new vet that was down the street and long story short - the vet in Katy almost killed my older dog. I immediately took her back to Tanglewilde and they diagnosed her properly and had her back walking and functioning despite her heart condition. Bailey could have died - she didn't walk for a week and now she's walking and eating on her own. Thank you for taking care of my babies!

I needed some shots for a puppy that was given to me, made the appointment and when I got there the woman said the Dr wasn't back from lunch (3:00 lunch! sure).
The Dr comes in at 3:15, I get put in the room and wait and wait.
When she finally comes in she was Very short, did not examine my dog and I didn't even see her take my baby's temperature.

Cory Stiles is a fantastic vet and makes taking care of my dog very easy. There is a boarding facility on site, and everything you would ever need to keep your pet healthy and happy. Everyone is friendly and I feel very secure leaving my baby Mulligan in their hands. He never is scared to go there, and always perfectly happy when I have to drop him off.
