I called the company for repairs and was by FAR the very worst experience I have had in San Antonio. Customer Service is completely inept. Strung along for weeks charging me labor for several calls to my home which yielded no result. Please pass on these guys. I truly believe that the one good review they have was actually the company themselves desperately trying to keep the rating up and generate internet traffic to the business. Go anywhere else but here.

Excellent service and support. Five Stars all the way.. My husbands job took him overseas in the middle of January and I was left to maintain our pool and prior to leaving he gave me a five minute how to session. My first day to check the pool happened to fall on a Sunday and what I saw and heard was not what I remembered. One of my pumps was leaking and making a noise I knew wasn't good. With tears flowing I phoned poolside and a young man named Lonnie listened to my sad story, calmed me down and offered to come by when he got off work to take a look. He arrived exactly when he promised figured out was wrong and by Monday noon with his help and a trip to the store I was good to go. From that day in January between Lonnie and another young man named Jason I have mastered this pool maintenance. They never fail to try to talk me through it over the phone before they recommend the trip to the store or a service call. My pool looks better then it ever has due to their outstanding customer service and know how.

In 2003 I puchased an $8000 spa from Poolside. In Sept 2007 I found cracks in several of the jet bodies. I contacted the manufacturer and they said Poolside would handle the repairs (all covered under warranty). I contacted Poolside, emailed them photos and waited for a return call. No response. I continued to contact them almost weekly over the next 3 months, each time receiving the same reply, Mark (the owner) will be in touch. That never happened. In Jan 2008 , completely frustrated I called the manufacturer again and told them the situation. They called Poolside, gave authorization for the warranty service, told me it was resolved and Poolside would be contacting me. I thought finally, a solution after 4 months. After 2 weeks of no Poolside phone call, I contacted Poolside again, trying to get to the owner, Mark, no response. Then a few days later I received and EMAIL, stating that Poolside could not do the repair and I should just ask the manufacturer for a new spa. Are you serious??? NOT EVEN THE COURTESY OF A CALL or A VISIT TO LOOK AT THE SPA.

So if you're in the market for a Spa (or anything Poolside might sell)...BUYER BEWARE!!! They'll take your money and provide you with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. If you would like any further details about Poolside Sales & Service....ALL SALES.....NO SERVICE.... Feel free to contact me.
