I recently had my 3 dogs at this kennel. The staff seemed to really enjoy their job and the animals that were there. The kennels are metal cages that sit on a concrete floor. They had beds in some of the kennels and others had blankets on the floor. What attracted me to this facility was the pricing (very affordable), location, and the fact that they are let out 4 times a day. I left my dogs there for 6 days and when I returned they all seemed fine. 3 days later 2 of my 3 dogs came down with kennel cough. I called and the person I spoke to said she was sorry and that they would step up their cleaning and use more clorox. There was no offer to refund my money or repay me for my vet bills. I realize that kennel cough is an airborne virus and is easy to catch but my dogs have been boarded a number of times just in the past few months and over the last 5 years and we have never had an issue. All I know is that my dogs were healthy when I left them and came down with kennel cough after I brought them home. The kennel should have offered some sort of compensation and since they didn't I will tell everyone I know about my experience.

Almost all of the cages are rusting and some were only held together with rope. There was poop every where outside and some in the isles. They are the cheapest kennel around for a reason.

My dogs have stayed here a couple of times. They seem to be well cared for, and the staff does a good job. My only complaint is that it is such a large kennel, that it seems to get pretty chaotic which is hard on my older dog.

We had our dogs stay there overnight at the Canine Courtyard a couple of times. They good really good care of them and seemed to show care and concern for our dogs. Since our dogs were able to stay in the same kennel, they gave us a discount.
