Preston Flower Market

Called them to get flowers from google search and had a specific tele-flower picked out.The lady acted like I was crazy. Said she didn't know what I was talking about and to describe them, so, as I began to, she rudely interrupted me to say that "she doesn't do flowers like that at her place". I said thanks and hung up and went on to finding someone who could meet my needs. She CALLED MY WORK NUMBER BACK and left a message telling ME that I was rude and I needed to go "back to school" and blah blah. WHAT A NUT CASE!! Won't be doing any business with that place!

I loved my flowers for my wedding!!! Given it was 10 years ago, but I still highly recommend this florist. Wonderful job!!! And definitely very affordable if you are on a budget.

Before I moved out of state -, this was the only florist for me!!! If quality and unique design matter to you -- SHOP HERE! Internet shopes and chain stores offer generic flowers & arrangements but you can not get the same customer service as you do from Alexis @ Preston Flower Market. I would recommend them her to anyone looking for something special when gifting flowers any time of the year.

Valentines flowers died after a day and a half and instead resolving the situation the owner avoided me and then was completely disrespectful and rude when I did speak to her.....My husband ordered a bouquet for me for Valentine's Day (Wednesday). The roses were dead within a day and a half. I called the owner to see if there was something that she could do to fix the problem on Friday...I called the store 3 times and she never called me back. I went by the store and she was not there, so I left the flowers. I never heard from her so I called her at noon the following day (Saturday). She told the that she was busy and would call me Monday and hung up on me. I still had not heard back from her by noon on Monday, so I called and left another message. She has not called me back and nothing has been resolved and I cannot get this lady to contact me.....as I told her...she could have proposed pretty much anything as a remedy and I would have been happy...but after she has avoided me and then called and completely disrespected me...and then avoiding me again...I am VERY upset. I would NEVER suggest that anyone do business with this retailer...I guess if everything goes as planned they would be fine...but God Forbid something go wrong and you have to deal with the owner to get it resolved!!!!

Bought a gorgeous bouquet for my friend in the hospital. Was able to pick which flowers, vase and size. Great florist.
Was a little more expensive than local florists, but well worth it. Highly reccomend for those unique one of a kind bouquet!

PROS: Great selections
CONS: expensive

I would have to say that Preston Flower Market is one of the best places to purchase flowers in the Dallas Fort Worth area. I have been there many times for many different occations. I have never walked away from there feeling like I did not get my moneys worth. There are many places online and chain stores these days to purchase flowers from but you can not get the same customer service as you do from Preston Flower Market. I would recommend them for anyone looking for flowers any time of the year.
