I did NOT have a bad experience with this company or the guys. They were respectful and got straight to the job in moving me. If anything, they cut me some slack on an extra 30 mins that it took them to move me. Dec. of 06 they moved me to my now apartment and I have rescheduled them to move me to my house this December again.

I believe tipping and your attitude is what helps these guys get through their move. While no one wants to have their job, they actually have to do this for their living. A little motivation from the movees is all they need to keep their motivation fueled.

Thanks, Tiffanis and staff!

To begin with, the guys showed up an hour late (10am rather than the scheduled 9am on a Saturday) but went straight to work at moving our 2-bdrm/2-bath apartment. They were good at carrying most of the big furniture down, but when it came to the living room sofa, one guy could not lift it so my fianc had to do it! The truck did not even have a ramp and the dollies were not used, so everything was lifted and dragged into the truck.

At the new apartment, the movers started unloading the first load. About an hour later, they were almost finished with the first load BUT told us that they could NOT finish our move because they had another job to go to at 12:30! They also left one of their dollies at our other apartment and wanted us to go get it! I then called Tiffany's to explain the situation and the woman told me that the other move had been cancelled so the guys would be able to finish our move. So we went back to the movers and told them what we had been told, but they insisted that they had to get going. All the big/heavy furniture had been moved leaving only boxes behind, so the move could be completed with one last load. Unfortunately, they were not willing to stick around. They DID promise to come back the next morning and complete the job free of charge, but that never happened (after numerous phone calls). So my fianc and I spent the rest of the weekend loading/unloading boxes into the back of his small pick-up truck ? time that could have been spent unpacking and reorganizing.

We tried calling Tiffany?s for several days after the move to file a complaint, but the only response we received was that they would call us back in 30mins. Days later, we finally got a hold of someone and were told that it was OUR responsibility NOT to pay them until the entire job was complete. However, it is TIFFANY?s responsibility to: (1) schedule moves so that ALL moves are complete and to allow sufficient travel time between moves; and (2) hire trustworthy employees.

PROS: Inexpensive
CONS: Late, unprofessional, poor management

They took over 2 hrs to load the truck and I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment. And was only moving in the same complex and it took another 2 hrs to get everything transported and unloaded. Not to mention the numerous breaks they took and I got charged for. They were 4.5 hrs late and refused to move my washer & dryer unless I paid an extra $100 ($50 each). When I called they said that there was no extra charge for those items. They broke several items and scratched my dining room table.
After the move the owner called my office demanding more money cause it took so long. I paid what the driver said to pay. He harassed me at work for over a month and even called the apartment complex. Poor service and very poor customer service.
