This store is great! All the people complaining need to grow up. When your asking for LOW PRICES that are 60% off dept. store prices...YOUR NOT GOING TO GET EMPLOYEES TRIPPING OVER THEMSELFS TO CATER TO YOU!! Customer service comes with added prices. If you want your booty kissed then go to Macy's and pay 50 dollars for the same damn shirt, and believe me, The guy helping you could care less of your comfort. Hes getting commission. So if you want the low prices that come from Burlington. Shut your face. Wait in line for 5 min. and move on! Dont waist your time writing little crap notes on here. YOU WILL NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE. They will continue to make more money than you and your cheating husband ever will.

Burlington Coat Factory located inside the Grapevine Mills Mall, is huge. It's actually got two entrances from inside the mall. Don't be fooled by the name of this store, they sell much more than just coats. They sell men's, women's, kid's, and infant's clothing, shoes, and accesories. And styles vary from winter wear like jeans, sweaters, and wind suits, to summer wear of shorts, tank tops, and bathing suits. Also located inside this Burlingtion Coat Factory is Baby Depot where you will find any and everything needed for your newest arrival. The staff is very friendly and they seem to know their way around when you don't!

I like this store simply because of its baby section. It has a burlington baby that is located inside of it and it is awesome. They have everything that you can everything that you could possibly need for your little one. The prices are great and it is just that cool of a store i would reccomened it to everyone.

Usually when i go into a store its because I want to buy an item not just look at them. I have been in this store (Baby Depot section) far too many times to hear they are out of stock on what I am looking for. When I was pregnant they told me it would take 10 to 12 weeks to get a cradle I was wanting and that buying the floor display was out of the question. Thats crazy!! Why would I want to buy a baby bed when I am only 6 months pregnant?
The next trip I went in for a stroller and got the same thing, out of stock and it could be ordered in 10 to 12 weeks.
On the 3rd (and might I add last) trip I went looking with my mother in law for a crib. When I went in I didn't even go to the bed section! I went right to the manager and asked him to point out to me which cribs were actually in stock so I could pick from those.
This store is incredibly disappointing and I will never shop there again...for baby items or not!
