We held a party here for my son's birthday. The facilities are very nice. The food was excellent. The catering staff was very helpful with the planning and our servers were very nice. The food was a bit expensive, worth it. I would definitely plan another even here.

Just 23 miles outside of downtown Dallas the Westin is a fully equip resort/hotel that offers everything. With four restaurants, driving range, gorgeous pool and on site florist. It's a great place for a reasonably price personal retreat.Yeah another place on the planet that is SMOKE-FREE

Nice hotel

Haven't stayed in a room there yet but ave been to a number of events there. I like the set up and feel. You are definitely in suburbia, so there is not a lot of uniqueness but everything is clean, efficient and new.
Pros: Good feel
Cons: Not a lot of stuff within walking distance

I stayed here for a business trip recently and was VERY happy with the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive and the hotel had a nice rustic yet elegant feel. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a resort with many ameneties and a great location!

I tried to make a reservation for a suite for my Honeymoon and I was told it would be one price and when I went to make the reservation I was told that it would be another. I was on hold for an hour and when I spoke to the head of reservations she told me they did not have any rooms at the price I was told and also told me they didn't have any suites availble. They really need to work on their customer realtions.
