In 2008 my husband and I bought our first Harley. Then in 2010 I learned to ride and tried to buy a Tri-glide but was unable to come to a deal. So I wound up at North Texas Harley and bought a 2011 Tri-glide. Then my husband traded his 2008 Ultra for a 2011 Ultra and was able to make a deal with Texas Harley Davidson. New management took over in January 2012 and for a while everything was great but then everything at the store turned sour. Then in July 2012 I decided to try to trade for a 2012 Tri-Glide but was only offered $24,900 which I knew to be a low offer. During that time the new sales manager never spoke a single word to me. I once again wound up at North Texas Harley where the bidding for my 2011 trike started at $27,500 and ended at $28,500.
A couple of months prior to my getting my new trike my husband looked into trading his 2011 Ulta but was only offered $16,000 . He also wound up at North Texas Harley were he got $19,100 in trade for a 2013 Ultra. Then last Saturday we were told that because we bought our bikes and spent our money at another Harley dealer that we were not welcome at the store nor in the chapter. Guess that made my decision of which dealer to use much easier but now I have a great dealership in North Texas Harley Davidson .

Great people! Service people were outstanding and I loved the shirt I bought. I talked to a mech and got good info. He also changed my trans fluid in about 20 mins. Outstanding." I will be back"

These guys have a great service department. It may sound minor, but I had a hex nut I could not get off and even though they were packed, they took the time to get it off. May sound simple but there was locktight on it, it took them about 30 min. The charge was basically nothing. I did not buy my bike here, but I buy just about everything for my bike here! Prices, well it is HD (hundred dollars).

This Harley dealership is big. They have a great selection of bikes. I have bought all kinds of clothes and accesories here. They have a ton of stuff. The prices are normal Harley prices. Definitely check this place out.

I brought in a 2008 VRSCAW (VROD) with 2400 miles on it. The engine was dying when I shifted to neutral and the mileage was about half of what it should have been. As of this coming Thursday July 17th, the bike will have been their shop for THREE WEEKS. They diagnosed O2 sensors and fuel injectors, ordered & installed the parts, and then decided the ECM was bad. I could have told them that from day one. Here is the chronology:
1.) Arrived June 26th, 8:00 AM. Waited for 20 minutes for the service writer to finish with another customer while 6 mechanics stood around smoking cigarettes, drinking coffee, and ogling my 22 year old daughter who was there to give me a ride home.
2.) Finally one of the mechanics offered to "get my paperwork started".
3.) In 3 weeks, they have called me twice. Every other correspondence I have had with them was after I waited all day and called them around 6:00 PM. Each time they called it was after I complained to the dealer management.
4.) They promised my bike would be ready last Thursday 7-10. They never called. When I called them the service dude who answered the phone knew nothing about my bike. He came back on the line and said it was ready to pick up. About 20 minutes later when my wife and I were halfway there, he called back and said it was a mistake and my bike was NOT ready yet.
5.) I am a good judge of people. This dealership has personnel problems and there is obviously friction between management and the joe sixpacks. STAY AWAY. Hopefully my bike will still run when I get it back someday.

Pros: Easy location from Keller, TX

Cons: BAD SERVICE, UNKEMPT PROMISES, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ATMOSPHERE

If you value your time, money and motorcycle do not go to this place for service or parts. I had a 20,000 mile service performed and they broke my rear brake caliper. They then tried to get me to pay for their mistake. I actually did pay for it for what I was charged. I was charged way more than I was Quoted. The service was terrible, the work incomplete and my air filter cover was about to come off when I got home. Prices are too high and the service is the worst I have ever encountered in my life and I am 54 Years old.

I find Texas Harley-Davidson is about 10% higher on all their prices even over the surrounding H-D dealerships in DFW. The only thing I purchase, merchandise wise, are items that are on the clearance racks or specials. Other than that I go to other appearal stores like Biker Alley in downtown Grapevine which is close by. -

For there service department, I've only used it once and it took 5 hours to change my back tire. I was told it would only take an hour so I dropped it off and walked a few blocks to eat lunch. When I returned a little over an hour later the tire change had not even started yet. For the next three hours I had a very good look at the normal products that every H-D dealer carries and could not believe the markup compared to the surrounding dealers I've been to. Ever since I've gone to North Texas H-D with much better service department and prices. -

On a positive note; they do have a lot of motorcycles to choose from. Also I love the converted water tank to dressing rooms. The new store is very well layed out.
