If you go into the Bean Sprout more than once, I guarantee the owner will remember you forever and come and say hello. The rest of the wait staff is just as cool. They have a few plasma televisions near the sushi bar so you can watch tv- they have nba tv and sports programming. But the real gem is the buffet, which is delicisous and fresh and never makes you wonder about how long the food has been there, like other buffets.
