A friend of mine encountered a bad problem here at Nancy's. He had gone for a haircut, and came out almost bald. He was very disappointed and felt that if she would have pay attention to what she was doing, it would have been ok. She was on the cell phone talking, and he felt like a sitting duck. Needless to say, he said he would never go there, and would not recommend this service to no one.
