Mike and Jay really know their stuff. My notebook was running like an old piece of junk. We decided to give the nerds a try. We made a good decision. Mike was the first to try and after about 30 minutes he discovered a virus that was a bit to much for him to handle so he called in Jay. Jay zapped the virus and my computer has never worked this good. Clickanerd is my online computer company from now on.

Clickanerd.com is an excellent service. I have always relied upon Clickanerd.com to find the problem at a decent price and today was a prime example. My Clickanerd.com rep was Raymond. If only he would move to Phoenix and take care of all my problems! Just kidding Ray! You are very good at what you do. My machines all run fast now and I really appreciate the instructions on quickbooks and data backups. Tell your boss I said give you a raise!

Contracted a nasty strain of vundo. Called the clickanerds and john went right to work. He told me it would take 2 hours and in reality it only took him 45 minutes. After he cleaned the virus, he downloaded some safety patches and plugged the leaks. My machine has not run this good since I bought it. You have my business!

I brought my laptop and showed it to Shaun in Killeen. He diagnosed it and gave me some bad news. The mother board had fried and my whole life was in that lap top. He was able to take the information that I needed and put it on a CD and hand it back to me while I waited. The price was very fair. When I was in Iraq, I emailed him and he took control of my new machine and removed the virus for me. That is what I call customer service. I will stick with Shaun the rest of my life as my computer guy.

The nerds out do the geeks everytime. I purchase a laptop computer from BE-- B-Y and within a month I got me a virus. I am not blaming them, I did it, it was my fault, pesky porno sights! Anyway, I called them up for some help and they told me to bring it in and they would have it back in a week. That was not going to cut it, I run a business from my computer. I found www.clickanerd.com and pushed the WORK ORDER button. In a nanosecond, I received a call from a technician out of Florida and he took control of my computer. ZIP, POW BANG, he was done. The price was good too. These guys know what customer service is about. Take it from me, go to www.clickanerd.com.

John and Raymond worked till they killed the virus and saved me from the clingons in uranus. What a cool service. I watched them in action on my monitor and did not understand a thing. But my machine runs like new and my kids are grounded from the PC for the rest of their life.

When I called clickanerd.com it was the best thing i've done. Rich was a BIG BIG BIG HELP!! Rich was fast and very helpful. He was easy to talk to. He didn't treat me like I was smart or stupid. Rich treated me as a person in need of help. He was very kind and helped me through my problem. When he said he was going to call me back at a certain time he was right on time. Rich is the BEST. This company is absolutely amazing. Many have perished in the battle against my computer, but Shawn has remained resilient. His patients and expertise is unsurpassed. At the point when I would have been putting a sledgehammber through my hard drive, he was calm and collected. If my computer could have just been replaced, believe me, I would have much rather gone that route, but it contains important files and folders that can't be lost, and no one understood that more than Shawn. And the cost was outrageously reasonable. The fact that they give you a price upfront of what they will charge, rather than charging hourly tells you that they aren't going to "doddle" and waste time while your bill racks up. They are just as eager to get you back on track as you are. I could have easily wasted a couple thousand dollars with another company. I almost feel like I ripped off clickanerd.com, with how great their service is for the price. And no matter how many stupid questions I asked, or how many times I called on him to help me, Shawn was always more than willing to assist. And their 7 day warranty is a life saver. If I am to encounter any other problems, no matter what the reason, for an entire week after they fix anything, they jump right back on it without charging me another penny. I couldn't have lucked out more. I'm more than satisfied with the care and caution which was taken with my computer, and the diligence of all the clickanerd.com technicians who took part in my problem. Rich stayed on it one night until 12:45 AM. and the following week, I had assistance from Raymond, who even though he wasn't going to get a penny of commission, was obliged to meet my needs. This company is one in a million, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for computer related issues.

We have found out that geeks talk about it and nerds do it. Really ! In fact I toted my pc in to the geeks at be-- bu- and was given the "you need to buy a new pc" speach. For only $650.00 they would sell me a new pc and my virus problems would be taken care of for good. Not entirely trusting of the speach I came upon clickanerd.com. My personal nerd went into my pc and removed the virus and tuned it up. My pc runs better than the day i originally purchased it. I will be sure to tell my friends about click a nerd.

I clicked my nerd and Bill was my hero. My outlook contacts waived bye bye. I run my business from my lap top so I was in a real pickle. Not sure how he did it, but I am sure glad he was able to do it. Click a nerd is now in my outlook contacts. Thank you Mr. Bill.

I love these guys! Whenever my box takes a dump, I literally click a nerd. I trot over to www.clickanerd.com and type up a work request. A few minutes later I am getting a call and my machine gets worked on right away. No messing around. If you have a daughter that cruises my space and leaves your PC with a load of popups, you need to check out click a nerd.

Getting your computer box fixed at 10 PM at night could never be easier. I went to www.clickanerd.com and typed in a work order. In no time I was getting a call back and the technician took control of my computer and fixed it while i watched him. The whole ordeal was 45 minutes start to finish. Clickanerd.com knows what customer support is all about.

I ran across their long distance number in my local phone book. This was shortly after calling three people out of my rolodex that had provided tech services for my small home based business in the past and finding that all three numbers were no longer in service. I called the nerds on an impulse to see what they could possibly mean by the ad copy that stated they were open 24/7 and could repair my computer through the internet. I was directed to their web site and encouraged to enter a quick work order that would not obligate me to pay. I stated the problem I was having (slow, slow ,slow) and when I clicked in the order, was presented a screen telling me I would receive a call in moments. I did. The tech that called discussed the problem I was having and asked permission for remote access which was granted. He was able to riff through my settings and configurations and indicated that he thought he had identified the problem, estimated the time he thought it would take to resolve it and quoted me an estimate - with a GUARANTEE that I would owe nothing if they failed to resolve my problem. Agreed immediately. I suspect the problem I had went significantly deeper than originally estimated. The first session lasted 2-3 hours. I received a call the next morning on time from a different techie. He took over and worked the problem for another 5-6 hours. I received a call from a third technician upon the completion of all repairs who introduced himself and stated that he had been called in to clean up some difficult registry errors which had taken an additional hour. These guys teamed up on my problem, spent 9-10 real time hours digging out a virus and some registry corruption issues and several other things I don't understand I am sure-and still only charged me the amount that was originally estimated. My computer hasn't run this good for years- The result I got was far beyond repairing the problem that prompted the call. My overall processing speed has increased at least 3-400% and all programs snap open and closed and process smoothly. My experience was overwhelmingly satisfactory. I will definitely call the nerds again.

I have been going to Rory and Brandon for years. These fellas really know how to take care of their customers. All I do is enter my work request at www.clickanerd.com and push the work order button. I get a phone call in a short period of time and they start working the problem. Thanks for the excellent service. Jennipher D.

What a great computer repair place. I love the fact that I got my pc fixed by the technician connecting to me through my internet connection. I got to see everything on my monitor. It was a fast and painless experience and the price was decent.
