Do NOT use this car wash. They are rude and lazy.
2 weeks ago I took my car to Flagship carwash to have it cleaned with special attention to the trunk which the night before had a plastic gallon of milk rupture from being crushed by other groceries. I told the attendant that the trunk was the main thing to be cleaned because of the milk spill. After having it cleaned, 2 days later there was a horrible smell coming from the trunk. I took the car back the attendant who stated that he was the manager did not want to reclean the car. The carpet in the trunk was still dirty, the inside of the car had dirt in the seat and floorboards from the attendant putting 2 items from the trunk into the back seat of the car. He argued about cleaning the trunk again but made a lame attempt at revacuuming the trunk and shampooing the carpet which was not clean from the first time it was suppose to be cleaned. After several days the smell was worse. I looked in the trunk under the spare tire, where to my horror, I found that the carpet was now molding and the spare tire area where it should be obvious, that a liquid would run to, was full of rotten milk! I returned the car to the car wash once more and the attendant REFUSED to do anything and told me that it was DANGEROUS FOR HIM TO CLEAN such a mess. If he had cleaned it properly in the first place this would not be a mess. He said he would clean it if I repaid him for the first time it was cleaned. This car wash obviously does not have anyone working in it that wants to work and it was just laziness that created the problem in the first place because they did not remove the liquid which was spilled which was the reason it was taken to be cleaned in the first place. Poor service and bad attitude of employees

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I bought a brand new 2010 nissan altima and began taking it to Flagship to get regular oil changes every 3,000 miles. After having the car for about 9 months it would not start in cold weather. I thought there was something wrong with my car and it would be covered under warranty.
HOWEVER, after taking it to the Nissan dealership to find out what was wrong with it and why it would not start in cold weather, I found out that FLAGSHIP WAS CHARGING ME FOR OIL CHANGES BUT EITHER NOT CHANGING THE OIL OR REUSING DIRTY OIL!!!! This was the official report from Texas Nissan. Fortunately, there was no permanent damage to my car (that I know of) but this could have caused major damage! DO NOT GO HERE! Also, after going through this ordeal I found out a friend of mine had experienced the same thing with this business. He reported them to the BBB after getting nowhere with the managers! GRRRR!!!

I purchased a coupon book from Smart Circle that included free carwashes from Flagship. I went today to use this coupon and get my car washed and they decided that they werent accepting them anymore. That's fraudulant. It's having a customer pay for something in advance and not giving them what they paid for. The manager Martha Fraire was absolutely horrid. She was rude and had her arms crossed the whole time. I will never use this carwash again and I hope no one else will. Bad business ethics. Horrible service.! They said that there wasnt a corporate office and I had to call 972 910 9274 and ask for Terry Franklin she was the owner?

I went to Flagship after my dog got sick inside of my car. i was very pleased with both the professionalism of the staff and the job they did on my car. I even got the best shoe shine i have ever had while i waited on my vehicle. I don't give many people the full five stars but I am giving them 4 stars for a job well done.

I visited Flagship Carwash on 07/15/2006 to get an oil change because I was long overdue and this location was up the street from my job. When I got there the employees were very nice. They took care of the oil change and also sent my car through a car wash. When they pulled my car out to dry it off I was standing outside because by this time I was crunched for time since I was doing this on my lunch hour and I had just enough time to get back to work. I looked at the back of my car and there was a large black scrap on the lower right side of the bumper of my car. I told the guy drying off my car that the scrape was not there when I brought my car in. He called for Louis P. I told him the same thing the scrape was not on my car when I took my car in to them. This man proclaiming to be the owner of this location began to argue, yelling at me that it was on the car. This particular man was nowhere to be found when I left my car with the attendant. I trusted this company that they would take care of my car and my car was damage. The so-called owner did not even try to empathize but was accusing me of damaging the car. I asked for corporate information and he refused to give it to me. I am writing to everyone I can to discredit due to this is very unprofessional
