Dodie's New Orleans Seafood

We have enjoyed eating at this place for many years. Great food! They have a very unique tasting cole slaw unlike any I have ever tasted. The gumbo is fantastic!

Closest thing to home cooked cajun-- like mama use to make. The gumbo is to die for. This place is a classic-- if you haven't been you've probably heard of it and need to go... now!

This place has great Cajun/Louisiana food including gumbo, oysters, boiled crawfish (in season), etouffee, jambalaya, and fresh fish specials. They have fried fish menu items as well. The also carry Abita beers in case you need a Turbo Dog to wash down the spicy food. Prices are reasonable at under $15 per plate before tip and drinks. The service has varied over the years, but recently it has been pretty good. It is an ultra casual type of place.
