We just closed our second refinance with Neider Mortgage, and they did a wonderful job. I didn't expect the work to be done in time when we discovered some identity theft on my husband's credit report, but Neider Mortgage not only got it done, but got us an even better interest rate than we were first told. Sharon and Chris, her associate, explained everything carefully, and gave us several options as far as timing. I really can't thank them enough for such a painless experience. I give them my highest recommendation.

Neider Mortgage makes refinancing a breeze. Sharon Neider and her employees are very personable and professional. Neider Mortgage employees made me feel like I was there only client. Neider Mortgage employees made sure I was aware of all of my options down to the smallest detail. I would recommend this company to anyone who was looking into a first time mortgage or refinancing.

I did a refinance. I'm self-employed. This seems to be a problem with some mortgage companies. I had gone to another mortgage company - and was deluged with paper work - the other company kept asking for more paper work. After almost 6 weeks of this frustration - I decided to transfer my loan to Neider. Like magic my loan got approved - I signed an application & closed in a few days - I received a map and directions to the closing office and all documents for review via email - was met by a loan officer at the closing office - closed and was funded that day. I received a follow up call two days later wanting to know what my favorite charity was - they were going to donate a portion of their fee to my favorite charity. I'll never go anywhere else!!!!

Our first home loan was with Neider and we were so happy with the service that we did our re-financing with them as well. Because it was our first home loan, Sharon worked with us to make sure that we understood all of the transactions, fees, paperwork, etc. She also worked directly with my realtor to get the timing in line with what was best for us. She is very knowledgeable about the entire home buying process and I wouldn't trust anyone else to get through me it.

Neider Mortgage has handled two refinance mortgages for me in the past few years and I will never use any other company for my mortgage needs. Sharon and her staff are professionals who make a complex process as simple as it can be made without sacrificing quality and thoroughness. They expedited paperwork, provided timely updates on progress of my loans, and handled just about everything but my signature. They understood my crazy schedule and time constraints and couriered documents to my home and office when I could not break away to sign papers. Ive referred several friends and colleagues to Neider Mortgage and everyone agrees about how painless they make the mortgage process.
PROS: Professional, extremely knowledgeable, and made the process simple.

I hope I never have to move again. What a hassle, packing, calling the utility companies, change of address, movers, etc. The ONLY NICE thing that came to mind was the ease of getting my loan and the people who made it that way. I have moved twice in the last 2 years and only because these people made it easy to get my loan did I do it, otherwise I would have stayed where I was at. Very professional and complete on all the paper work and contacting all of the other parties involved. Also help me save some monies when it came time to close. Employees are dedicated and called me after the deal closed to remind me that some other company (My insurance agent) owed me a refund for their overcharge. My hats off to Neider Mortgage and their staff!

I've purchased several houses over the years, but never before have I encountered the kind of personal and professional service that I received from Neider Mortgage. I truly felt that the professionals I worked with were looking out for my best interests. From the original contact to discus my refinance, through the prompt courteous responses to my many phone calls requesting follow up information to the final closing, the experience was a true pleasure. I'm not sure if I'll ever get a lower interest rate than the one I have now, but if I ever need a mortgage company, Neider Mortgage will be the one.

You'll never find another mortgage company that will go the extra mile for you like Neider Mortgage! They took all the stress out of financing my last two home purchases that I'll never consider anyone else for my future needs and I have recommended many other friends who were equally as happy. You can't go wrong with Neider Mortgage!

You'll never need another mortgage company. Neider Mortgage has worked with large scale clients, small scale clients, clients with credit problems and any other situation you can imagine. They work with everyone equally providing quick and friendly service with a level of expertise that is unsurpassed! I'm beyond happy with this company!

Thank you so much for all of your efforts and expertise on my behalf. I am in a much better place financially and emotionally because of your help in refinancing my home loan.
I realize that when you compare my modest refinance to most others of much higher value, that you extended the same diligence, efforts, courtesy and professionalism to me and this loan as you would to others. That speaks highly of you as a person and a businesswoman. Character does count in this world and I have great respect for your character.
I have financed six homes in my lifetime, and am "considerably" older than you. I will say that throughout the process I have appreciated your timely communications and updates. I was confident throughout this process that when additional information was needed you would help me through it sincerely, expeditiously, and honestly. This process can be confusing and intimidating to those of us who don't deal with this on a daily basis and are unaware of all of the many changes in the laws. This experience with you has reaffirmed my belief that there ARE conscientious mortgage brokers out there that will help clients every step of the way. That being said, you ARE the sole mortgage broker to whom I would refer business.

This is our second time using Sharon and with another happy result. Sharon is very professional and very detailed. She keeps up with all the changes going on in the industry and stays on top of developments during the entire loan process AND my favorite part-she keeps you informed on what is going on. I highly recommend Neider Mortgage if you want it done right.

We had the good fortune of selecting Nieder mortgage. Sharon went way above and beyond the call of duty. We were trying to close on a new house with a new baby looming any day. She pulled out all of the stops and made sure we not only got the best rates but also managed to get us funded in plenty of time to move before the baby came. If it wasnt for her going the extra mile we would still be at square one waiting on the banks to fund. She was incredibly professional and ensured we were informed every step of the way. We would highly recommend Nieder Mortgage to anyone needing a mortgage broker. Sharon is highly professional and a true exception in the market today!

I definitely would highly recommend Nieder mortgage. Sharon was a true pleasure to work with. I have been a part of nine closings now and I must say she has been the best of them all. She was professional throughout and stayed on top of things for us all the while keeping us informed. I have always said that I wanted to start a mortgage business because I haven't seen anyone do it like it is supposed to be done, until now.
Heck, she even comes through after a Hurricane!

We had the good fortune to select Neider Mortgage for our home loan. Sharon Neider was fantastic to deal with. She asked a few questions regarding our status, and what we needed and went to work on our loan options. She did a great job of gauging when we should lock. Her experience was obvious, as she managed to get us the best rate during the period by watching all the indicators. The closing process was as easy as we could have ever imagined. We managed to go through the entire signing process in all of 40 minutes. The paperwork was all prepared and we were fully apprised of all fees and closing costs. There were absolutely zero issues and we were extremely satisfied. My wife and I have been recommending Sharon to anyone we know looking for a mortgage.
My husband and I purchased our first home recently and Sharon and Chris were wonderful to work with. They gave us great updates and stayed on top of everything. Even though we closed on our home a few months ago--they are still helpful with many issues regarding our home purchase post-closing. We would highly recommend using Neider Mortgage!

I have used Neider Mortgage twice so far. My first home buying experience was with Neider Mortgage and Sharon and her team educated me on how the process worked and what to expect. I got documentation on time and knew what I needed to provide every set of the way. I got a great rate , closing went very smoothly and I felt very prepared. I selected Neider Mortgage again for an investment property and I was very impressed that I got the very same service. Every step was carefully explained and layed out so that I always knew what was happening and why. I am starting to get into the real estate business and know that the realtor and contractors really have their own interests at heart but Sharon always has my back! She is 100% vested in getting me the best rate and does all the heavy lifting for me!!

Sharon's team funded my mortgage in Dallas from Houston and I was certainly very happy. Great rates, terms and service. What was also important is that the escrow agent handling the close told me that Neider Mortgage was one of the most professional mortgage firms she had ever worked with. The close went off without a hitch and we are also pleased that the mortgage company that Sharon chose for us provides us with great service.

While living in Seattle, I was in need of refinancing my home in Houston. The diligence and expertise of Sharon and Chris at Neider Mortgage made it happen! Working with them was an amazing experience. Throughout the entire transaction they both were patient with me, my constant phone calls, and infinite questions. When a problem set us back they took a step forward. Their confidence and business relationships are the reason my refinance closed. Purchasing a new home can be somewhat stressful. Sharon Neider and her assistant Chris assisted me in the purchase of my new home and guided me throughout the process. She was extremely knowlegable in her responses to my many questions.
