I have going here for years. No high pressure tactics. Just good, honest service. Nancy is very informative. The jewelry designer is AAA+. The prices are very competitive. They will give you idea on how to remake your old jewelry into something special. If you don't see what you want, they can order or make it for you.
Pros: Work to make you a happy customer.
Cons: I never found any.

Great customer service

My wife had some jewelry her mom left when she passed away. We needed a ring repaired and she had a watch with diamonds in it. I was dreading talking to someone about the repair and about making something out of the diamonds from the watch. The lady behind the counter (I think her name was Nancy) looked at the stuff and got really excited about how we could use it and made the whole experience very pleasant.
The ring got repaired at a very resonable price and my wife has a beautiful set of diamond earrings from her mom's old watch. Both the ring and the earrings were ready as promised.
I highly recommend the business. I found them honest, sincere, prompt and reasonable.
