30% Off Laser Hair Removal at American Laser

This place is a total SCAM. I purchased a 5 treatment Skin Rejuvenation Package for over $3500 which is now in dispute with the credit card company. These were laser treatments that show no results at all. After each treatment I was told that I would really be able to see a difference after the next one and they even did an extra one on me. I was told that the procedure had been tested for over 2 years in Michigan but it was clear that they were all learning how to do it and it seemed there was a new person every time, I think they were having trouble keeping employees. The answers to all my questions were very vague.
I wish I could stand outside their doors with a big sign that says "IT'S A SCAM, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!"

I was rushed into signing a contract that they "briefed" me on, which indebted me to them for 1600 dollars to do my under arms and bikini area, then led to a room, given confusing instructions about shaving. I must shave before coming OR be charged 15 additional dollars per visit. (how will they know exactly where the hair is that needs to be removed if I shave it before they see it.) They don't need to because this is a SCAM!!!!!! The person administering the laser knew nothing about the procedure, couldn't answer a single question intelligently. It was SO INCREDIBLY PAINFUL THAT I NEVER WANTED TO DO IT AGAIN. IT SAYS it is not painful, but BEWARE paying in full up front. There is a REASON they want you to do this. I requested a refund for the remaining UNUSED dollars. "NOT GOING TO HAPPEN" " YOU CAN TAKE US TO COURT" seems they have had this conflict before and would not be in business if they refunded unhappy customers. Very sad way to conduct business. Stay away from this place in ALL CITIES. It is a completely fraudulent scam!!!
If you must get laser hair removal, I have discovered now that there are doctors out there that charge 200 dollars per visit and do a MUCH bettter job. Again, I paid 1600 dollars got one treatment, could not subject myself to the excruciating pain, and never saw my money again!!! The hair is still there, in FULL- in both areas! I feel cheated and scammed and you will too!!!

Cons: EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DON'T GIVE THEM A CENT!!!!
