Granted they do run a lot of coupons and specials to lure you in, but careful of the service that you get.
I went in for a simple brake job on my truck and yes, I had a coupon for the service so I could save a little money. They took a look at my vehicle and told me that I needed $600 more in services, that my vehicle was not driveable out of the shop, and I was at risk to drive it.
Being naive, I left my vehicle there to be serviced and in the end, I paid almost $800 for my truck to be repaired. It took them 2 days to have my vehicle ready.
I drove the vehicle in normal conditions. Within 6 months, my brake light was back on and I had to take it in for more repairs. The new shop that I patronized told me that the initial repair was not done correctly, that a part was rigged on my vehicle, and that I was taken advantage of.
Their mechanics are not ASE certified. In fact, I found out later that one of the men working on my truck was a painter but he was working at the shop to make extra money since his regular job had been slow. Their equipment is also outdated and mostly not computerized for accuracy. I will never again go to this shop and I would advise others to BEWARE.
PROS: Great prices and coupons
CONS: Mechanics are not certified; Shop dirty; Customer service bad
