This is an awesome place to learn massage and also to go for an intern massage. Yes, remember that we are students. Also keep in mind that we are individuals and that one student's methods may differ from another student's. I've gotten massages from interns that I wish I could have tipped and massages from other interns that were so-so. Overall, the experience has been life changing. The owner of the school, who also teaches some of the classes (Kinesiology and A&P during the day), treats the students and staff with respect and caring. I can't say enough good things about this school.

I read the other reviews and if I were the type to believe everything I read I would not have gone for a massage. However, I did not set any expectations. I understand they are students and I felt that any work on me would have been better than nothing.
My students name was Mark and he was very good. I did feel like butter after the massage. I highly recommend this school but go with an open mind and remember they are students and give them a break!

I found this school through a friend of mine who comes quite often. She was always commenting on the great massages that she would receive at a very good price and so I decided to see for myself. The staff was very friendly and the school was very nice. The therapists, although students, were very professional and caring. It was explained to me that they had completed their 250 hours in the classroom and that this was the final part of their program to become licensed. They were especially good re: draping and modesty. I will definitely recommend this place to other people that I know.

i went here because i heard it was cheap. it was cheap but then again the old saying is you get what you pay for and that was sure true here. i realized when i went that it was students but you would think they would know a little more before they let them work on people who are paying money. i was not impressed at all and would never go back even if ti was free.

If you aren't expecting too much, then this is the place to go. Keep in mind that everyone is a student and not licensed to practice without supervision. The price is cheap for the service but you get what you pay for. I paid for an hour massage, asking for deep tissue. I was told that they didn't perform that type of massage but they had a therapist who had strong hands who could give one that felt like deep tissue. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the results which felt more like a Swedish massage done with a little more kneading thrown in. When I left I called my regular massage therapist who I pay $15 more but who is able to break down all my tissue and leaves me feeling like butter. I saw him just after to get the results I wanted. I felt like I had wasted my time and money, but if you are someone who likes a lighter touch this may be the place for you.

PROS: Cheap massage
CONS: Don't expect too much from massage students who aren't fully trained.
