Based simply upon the front desk staff, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
Truly off putting.
The Vet's themselves may be stellar practitioners. And, if they were perhaps the only specialists available within a 100 mile radius, I might use them. But, clearly, they are not. So, I won't be subjecting myself to the unpleasantness that is rampant in this clinic.

Dr. Maxwell is the best! I bring all four of my dogs to see him and would never even consider taking them somewhere else. He really takes the time to answer all of questions and never treats me like just another client. When my 10 year old dachshund had major oral surgery, he went above and beyond what any other vet would have done. He knew I was very nervous about the whole thing, so he came in on his day off to perform the surgery so that he would not be interrupted by other appointments. I am very picky when it comes to the care that my dogs receive, and I will only use Dr. Maxwell. The front staff and vet techs are great too. They are always very nice to me and I believe they genuinely care about my babies.

I was recommended to go to North Toll way Pet Hospital from a friend of mine and I was happy I went. My cat has frequent urinary tract infections and the doctor prescribed a medicine that will help her to not get them as often. The friendly staff was there early in the morning when I was able to drop off my pet. Their rates are competitive with other vets in the area.
