Would never think they could get away with this. Worst Experience  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

I have had nothing but problem and unprofessionalism every time I go. Its unfortunate I bought my car from them. First off, when I brought my car in thinking of a trade, they let me test drive the car i was interested in for a week. Prices were spoken of, all was sorted, nothing was final. Well by the time I return my car, they had sold my car!!!! This is obviously a move to force me to buy theirs. Now of course they came to me saying i signed this and signed that, which was all said to be "just procedure" and "to ensure our loss if you wreck or steal our car." Never once was i told what i was signing was to give away my car!! and trust me, I read it all. Don't sign the POWER OF ATTORNEY if you dont plan on buying the car!!
Second off, the car i wanted had 2 fairly good scratches (past the paint) on the hood. I told them to fix it, clean the inside (some stinch) and then I'll buy it. They followed saying not only will they do that, they will fill the gas tank as well. So i thought GREAT! Well, I go to get the car, the paint touch up was 100% unsatisfactory, it looked like my 5 yr old neice did it with nail polish. Of couse I had it out with the sales manager in the used car dept and he said he'll fix it...which already is going to lower the value of the car to paint the hood. Anyway, i just decided to let them do it. So, they tell me they're going to repaint the hood, as it turns out, they just buffed and sanded it down so the hood was level. It looks much better and not too noticed. But still isnt what they promised. Furthermore, they did do a good job cleaning the inside, yet when i finally decide to buy the car "SOMETHING with management" happened and they can only give me a 3rd of a tank in gas.
As far as I see it, they cheated me into buying their car by manipulating me into authorizing them to sell me car with my signature, did not NEAR fulfill the promise of the paint work, and still couldn't fill my gas tank as promised.
2nd incident, i made the mistake of going to them when my muffler was making noise. They told me as they showed me that my cadallitic converter and ehaust resonator had been hit underneeth by something and both MUST be replaced. $700+. Friend of mine recomended i take it to his muffler shop to look at it. He fixed it for $20 with a 5 min. welding job. All that it was, was a peice had become disconnected by me hitting something underneath.
I will never do business with David McDavid.
