We bought a ring and end returning it because the salesperson tricked us into thinking we were getting a quality diamond and when all was done, we took home a very cheap looking diamond. After checking all it was not the ring because the one we chose had a yellow gold solitaire and we had the guard and ring soldered; when we got it it was a white gold on a I2 diamond; yet, we had been shown an S quality. I tried the Texas office, I tried customer service supervisor and her director. I was told to simply return it. I never rec'd an actual apology and the district manager for the Merced CA office did not have the "time" to even fax me his decision or what I should do. I tried in several manners to at least get an apology and it all fell into uncaring jerks. If only I was explained was was going on. The salesperson actually opened two accounts, one in-store and another through a finance company and we were never told we had two accounts opened. We returned the ring today and closed the accounts. I thought I would find a quality diamond-JC Penney had better quality and a better price.

I needed to get my loved one a special gift for completing a task that he has been trying to complete for years. I only went to one place to find his gift. I went to Cresent Jewelers. Located on Gateway Blvd, its the only place that you should go if you are looking for male jewelery.
PROS: Great place for men
CONS: closes too early
