New Boston Family Clinic

I just read the previous review about not understanding why New Boston Family Clinic needs a Physician Assistant since the doctors are so wonderful. In 3 years of going there, I've only seen the doctors there once, and the staff said that the doctors were only there 1/2 day each week, so the PA, Frank Smith, is the only one there most of the time. As far as him not caring, that has been FAR from my impression. He takes more time to explain, and shows more empathy than any doctor I've seen. Nevertheless, I've heard that he's leaving the clinic in the spring, so will have to see what his replacement is like

I love going to New Boston Clinic the women in the clinic make me feel at home and loved. The doctors there are great: why they need a PA there Is beyond my comprehension. I have heard him talk about other pateints in the hall while im waiting. Its like he doesnt even care.

I love this clinic. The physicians assistant is awsome. The other staff is great for the most part. They actual doctor on the other hand could use a lesson in bed side manner.

Frank smith, the physicians assistant is awsome. His bed side manor with kids couldn't be better. He always answer's any question's I have. He also talks to the kids like they exist unlike some Dr'.s.
