I love to spend money and I love to spend it on my wife! They have unusual pieces and great prices. I do not skimp when it comes to quality. If its impressive and good quality, I won't hesitate to buy it. This is a great store.

I recently shopped Benold's and other jewelers in town and was amazed at the helpfulness and the ability of multiple staff members to remember me and say hello, how are you in a genuine manner.Benold's has beautiful selection and wonderful staff.

This is it, this is the place to give your business. I recently purchased an engagement ring from Mr. Doolittle here and received some of the best and honest service I've ever had.
I'm from Waco and was unimpressed by the local jewelers. I searched Dallas, College Station, and finally Austin for the ring I was looking for. At first, email was my only method of communication, and with that I was still given the attention and care expected as if I walked into the store. When I was ready to view diamonds, the trips to Austin were always well worth the drive.
It's not often that you get such a great experience that you feel compelled to tell others about it, but Benold's Jewelers definitely earns it.

I was looking for the perfect Christmas gift for my wife. While I have bought her jewelry in the past, it's safe to say I needed help in finding something I would be confident she would love. After hitting several jewelry places around town, Benold's gave me the best, most informed service without being pushy. They were genuine and offered a huge selection in diamonds and also in jewelry from different designers that went beyond the standard jewelry selection. I had options that I didn't see in other stores that were of amazing quality. They really went the extra mile and I will definitely go back for my next purchase! Thanks!
Pros: Great Service, Wide Variety, Excellent Quality
Cons: None

You can tell these people have been in buisness a long time for a reason because they provide good honest service and do not push you like many other stores. Majority of the sales staff has been with the company for 10+ years.
We were recommended to stop by Benold's by a friend. Thought we would check them out and found them to be great. Checked their pricing online and it is comparable - plus they allowed us to ship our ring avoiding sales tax. Sales staff is not pushy like you will see at Bailey Banks and Biddle up in the Domain. I recommend having a look. It is nice to deal with people who want to help and not just make a sale.
PS-> My wife to be is very happy with the ring and store.
Pros: Service, Price, Quality
Cons: None to think of it

Speaking of classic and unique, I would describe the owner of Benolds the same. Milton Doolittle has brought to Benolds a new look to the store, including an exceptional designer selection. The people at Benolds have over all knowledge with specific expertise in design, gemstones, diamonds and crystal. I recently was looking for an unusual gift for a friend. With the help of Milton and his team I walked out with a one of a kind William Henry Pikatti pocket knife. The white topaz thumb button was dazzling. Whether I am getting a battery for my Excel wrist watch or looking for a gift, Benolds is the first place I go.

I have been shopping at Benold's for my wife and daughter for at least 10 years now, in fact, going back to the days when they were located on Burnet Road. To date, I have yet to be disappointed. The knowledgeable and helpful staff were always able to guide me to the perfect choice suitable to the occasion. And while I have done some comparison shopping, I have always found their prices to be quite reasonable and competitive. And the subsequent oohs and ahs from my wife and daughter had me realize that I had made the perfect selection. I cannot recall the number of friends to whom I have suggested Benold's, but I can recall many of them telling me about the gifts they purchased for their wives and/or girlfriends and what a great shopping experience it was for them. Like me, all were men and not necessarily well versed in shopping for jewelry. But similar to my experiences, store staff were able to guide them to that perfect gift at a reasonable price. Based on my experiences, I would not think of going elsewhere for my future jewelry purchases.
Pros: Knowledgeable staff that can explain the various pieces in laymen's terms. Good selection. Reasonable prices.
Cons: None, in my experience.
