They are VERY EXPENSIVE!!! They might take care of some minor detail on the spot but be sure they will charge you three times what you would pay somewhere else!!

My car did not pass inspection for the sticker at one of those quickie lube places so I took it here for repair. I was assured they would find out what was wrong with it and they could fix the car. They hooked it up to their diagnostic machine and said I had to take it to a dealer. $86 dollars later. To hook it up to the diagnostic machine? RIP OFF! They gave me a print out like the quickie lube did. Thanks! I already knew the error code it was sending out, not be ripped off $86. Place is BS.

I've been going to All tune and lube for oil change, transmission and coolant flushes etc. Their service seems ok until last time when I took my car there for oil change and checking what's wrong in my car as the engine service light is on. They checked my brakes without informing me just because my brakes squeak, even that I told them the brakes has been like that due to the material of the pad. Anyway, the manager told me that my front brakes miss a small part so I have to fix it. After checking with other mechanics, I figure out that "missing part" shouldn't exist at the front brakes at all, that little part is only for the rear brakes!!! Besides, they broke one of the screws of the front wheel, as within 2 weeks after they checked my car, the knob of the wheel felt off, another mechanic told me that probably the previous mechanic broke it when they check my brakes, so the broken screw cannot hold the knob probably.
Furthermore, another mechanic found a small part disconnected from the oil pump, probably the person who did the oil change forgot to put it back. AND, even the basic thing oil change they overfill the engine oil!! My car needs less than 4Qt., they filled 5 Qt., luckily that another mechanic took a look at that and found out it is way too much, so he has to pump the extra oil out.
What's more, during my last oil change in All tune and lube, they told me that there are several things that I have to take care of, like some fluids are dirty. I took care of a couple of things, but not all of them. However, when I went there for the next oil change about 3 months later, they said everything is ok, nothing has to be taken care of at this moment, which is different from what they said 3 months ago, that makes me doubt their quality of service.
I've been going to All tune and lube for various kinds of service, I thought they will be honest to me due to the relationship as a coming back customer. Anyway, I will NEVER go back again!!!!

PROS: They SEEMS to be nice to you!!!
CONS: UNSATISFACTORY quality of services

At All Tune and Lube, you can rest assure that your car is in safe hands. You can also rest easy that your car will not be tampered with, changed, or altered in any way that it might not run correctly again. All Tune and Lube is also know for there fast oil change and a service that cannot be beat.

PROS: All service all day
CONS: Prices too high
