I have been a client of Ireen's for several years. As long as she is still styling hair, I will continue to be her client. She is by far the best who has ever touched my hair. EVERY TIME she colors my hair, I get compliments from strangers. At the grocery store, in the drive thru, everywhere I go, I have someone say, "I LOVE your hair color!!!" She has tamed my wild hair and coaxed into growing longer and thicker. I can't say enough good things about Ireen and her talent. She is an exceptional stylist. The salon is beautiful and the staff is friendly and full of vibrant energy. I haven't yet tried the massages they offer, but I've heard they are outstanding as well. That's next on my list!

Renee is awesome! She gave me the best cut and color I have EVER had! Seriously, I have received more compliments on both the cut and color completed by Renee than any other time I've ever had my hair done before. I went in to get my hair done on a whim while I was up visiting family over the July 4th weekend and now I won't let anyone else touch my hair. I can't go in as often as I like b/c I live in Houston, but I will see you in October! I can't speak for the other stylists, but Renee is fantastic and I'd recommend her to anyone.

I have been going to Cooper Salon since way before they were Cooper Salon. I have NEVER had a bad haircut from anyone there. I would trust every stylist in this shop at anytime with anything I might want done to my hair. Everyone is so knowledgable and experienced. Thanks for a great hair experience every time!!!

My stylist Ben has been doing my hair for years now. So to my surprise when i called to make my appointment they told me that he was no longer with them... I about fainted, luckily i did some calling around and found him! He is at Shear Steel Salon now. I hate that its a bit further " its in fort worth" and a bit more money, but he will always be worth the drive and worth the money. I have payed 15 $ before for a hair cut and it was too much for what i got but paying 50 isn't when its the quality that i have always gotten from Ben.Ill be seeing him again soon.

My mom and I dont let anyone else touch our hair. We are super picky, and Reene always knows what to do. If im stuck on what I want to do, (which is most of the time) she tells me what she thinks will look best, and I go with it.It always looks wonderful. She did my Prom updo, and it was busy busy busy in the shop. But even if its super busy, they dont skip on perfection or making you feel welcome.
The new shop gives off a relaxing vibe, and everyone is friendly. I've never had any problems with them. In fact, Im going for a new hair cut in 2 hours!!
If you ever have some hair problem you need fixed, go to Cooper Salon & Spa. They treat you like family, and always have a smile on.

Renee Cooper has been doing my hair for years. She is very knowledgable about hair, colors, styles/trends and will go above and beyond to make you happy. Even if I'm not sure what I want or what to do she will guide me in the "best" direction for my hair, face shape, skin tone, etc. I get compliments on my hair color and style almost daily. I would recommend Renee to anyone at any age because she knows what she is doing.

So it's my sister's wedding day and I'm getting up @ 7 in the morning to get my hair done and make it to my aunt's by the time everyone else does just so they aren't making my phone ring off the hook. My appt. @ the Cooper salon & spa was @ 830 a bit before they opened so that there would be ample time to work on my hair before the next client. Mind you I had been coming to this salon for years. Wasn't really a reg. But was loyal anytime anything was done to my hair. Mind you the appt. Was including not only a style but also a "trim" due to the fact that the girl whom had worked on my hair prior a few weeks before had left a chunk of my hair a couple of inches longer than then the rest. However when my boyfriend and I arrived she said oh that's just not texturized. Well I still have been leaving my hair up for the past few weeks because it's signifacantly longer. I replied. So then I noticed a sign on the door. No credit cards. This is the only thing my boyfriend and I had to pay with. So I ask about it and the girl that is suppose to be doing my hair turns to her boss and asks what to do. Well they don't know they try the credit card for who knows what amount and doesn't work. All of them stand there staring at one another like deer in headlights. I was so aggregated I left in tears. Needless to say I will not go back there again. I think they should have taken care a of there loyal customer to some extent instead of letting me walk out. Especially, without her fixing my hair that she didn't "texturize".

Re Wow replied on 12/15/08 Unforeseen & unscheduled interruption of business operations such as computer or equipment failures can occur at any business. That's what happened here -- it was a Saturday morning in July before we opened for a very busy day, & we had an equipment failure. A repairman was on his way (turned out there was broken wiring in the wall). A sign was posted on the door to notify & to apologize to our customers before they came in about the equipment failure, & I also personally apologized to you. The haircut you wanted "fixed" was done in May and it's now JULY. The stylist came in before hours to give you a free haircut, but you wanted styling which was additional. You were asked if you had an alternative method of payment & your reply was that you had cash on you but it was for your mother.... Fran, our salon does take pride with offering good customer service, & we regret that you feel this way. However, there was lack of understanding from your side that we were trying very hard to fix the equipment failure. Since you & your boyfriend exited so abruptly, you were then unaware that it was repaired & business returned to normal within the hour. Respectfully, Gwen Cooper, Owner
I am extremely picky about my hair. After trying so many different stylists and salons (from fort worth to around the country), I had never found anyone I could trust until Candice. I have never gotten the kinds of compliments I get on a daily basis until Candice started coloring and cutting my hair. I absolutely love it and will follow her anywhere! As far as the salon, it's nice. Most of the stylists have trendy and interesting hair. The decor and look of the salon is nice. It's in an up and coming developing area to the east of Burleson. I find the prices very reasonable and consider it a deal.

I do love getting my hair cut at Renee & Co. Everytime I have went and no matter who cuts my hair I am always satisfied. I do hate that they moved but I know I will see them again soon!

Renee & Co is by far one of the better salon's I have visited. I see Ben Allen, he is fantastic! I can trust that when I sit in his chair and tell him "do whatever he thinks is best" that I leave looking great! He is knowledgeable without being pushy about selling product. Renee & Co. strive for customer satisfaction and thats what they deliver!

This salon is the best. I go to see Ben Allen and he quickly became my favorite stylist to date, and I've had some good ones. I moved to Burleson and searched for over a year - went to several sallons and was never really happy. I need someone who I can completely trust and who will know what to do even if I just say "do whatever - make me look good!" - THAT is Ben. I almost hate to post this b/c I dont want him to get too busy! But he deserves to be busy - he is the best!!!

This salon is so much fun. it really makes the whole hair and skin experience a great one. my stylist Ben really has a gift in understanding women. all my friends that i have sent to him have also really loved what he has done for them. the most amazing part is that he taught me how to style my own hair even tho i was very skeptical. the prices are definitely cheaper than the level of service that i received. one of my friends thought it was a little pricey but would rather pay more for quality and less often than paying less more often for lesser quality.
