Pep Boys

The good reviews on this page are BS this is the worse PepBoys ever! I live 2 miles from this store (Arlington) but shop at the one 6 miles away in Hurst. I have neve been treated so bad in my life, from the manager no less. Autozone is just down the street and is always busy and pepboys is not, now I know why. I call the 1800 number to let them know about her and they just blew me off. FU pepboys!!!!

I used to do a lot of business with this pep boys but I will not shop there again. A while back I purchased two styles of clearance lights for a trailer project I was working on. I decided on the one I liked and needed one more. A few days later I returned to the store and all of the trailer products were not on the shelves. When I asked the kid helping me about it, I was told that they had a new manager and he thought the parts were being moved to another part of the store but he would ask.I followed him to the guy who might know. Knowing that all of the products would probably be in a cart somewhere, awaiting the move, I asked if I might take a look in the cart. The jerk I was talking to is one of those people that seems to think that if they attach "sir" to the end of the sentence they can say anything in any volume they want. "None of that stuff is for sale"! Trying to understand if Pep Boys was discontinuing trailer lighting, I asked if they weren't in the computer anymore or just weren't on the shelf. "You don't need to worry about where they are, they are not for sale. Is there anything else you need... sir"? Yeah you lazy jerk there is. I need to stop driving 10 miles to buy tires and parts from your store. I also don't need to be told by a guy working in an auto parts store what I do or don't need to worry about. It's hard to convey tone of voice in a written venue but had someone spoken to me in that tone of voice on the street, the exchange would have seemed confrontational in nature.

I want to know if you have used tires so I can come over to replace one. The size is 215/65R16 or 215/65R15 I don't remember exactly. Please let me know.

Pep boys is a very friendly place with a huge selection of car parts and accessories. They also have a garage where they replace tires and a few other automotive repairs. They usually offer a tire sale selling four tires at very reasonable price.

Just recently shopped here and bought an item that needed to be return but had lost the package. They took the item back with no problems even without the package. The employees were very helpful and courteous. Large inventory of auto parts and accessories. I ordered a dash mat dashboard cover and it was the wrong color and they took care of the problem with a smile.
