I have used this location since my move to TX and they have always been very helpful. I have even called in and asked questions and they have helped me very quickly!

Me and my mother went to this location for a change. We usually go to the one in Town Center. We were going to get our phones traded in for a new phone. And the only thing that went smoothly there was browsing the phones. They had troubles wiht getting my phone set up. So they tols us to go ahead and head home then call a number and see if it works. Well it didn't so. We called the location and told them it was not working. They suggested we come back in. So we went back and they still could not get it fixed. It took about 30 minutes for them to finally fix it. The individuals working there seemed as if it was their first day and they knew nothing about phones. I'm never going to that location again.

PROS: Cingular itself has nice service and great selection
CONS: SW Freeway location is not adequately staffed
