4 Stars: Second Chance Emporium (by Gerald P.)

Second Chance Emporium is a non-profit resale shop run by seven churches in La Grange for the benefit of Fayette County charities. The shop is very clean and well organized. It has a little bit of everything including clothing, shoes, house items, linens, dishes, pots and pans, pictures, furniture, small kitchen appliances and much more, and is a bargain hunters paradise.

PROS: Great bargains
CONS:

5 Stars: The Best Little Thrift Store in Texas (by e-rock p.)

This is an incredible thrift store! You can find so many great treasures here for almost nothing. The first time I went, I found an incredible leather jacket for only $8. I was hooked! My sister has practically furnished her entire apartment with the wonderful furniture she's found here. The place is very clean and the staff sorts out all the junk so you don't have to wade through it. Oh, and did I mention they are quite possibly the nicest folks in Texas.
