My clothes got burnt!! When I spoke to the manager she was very rude and denied burning the pants and shirts, all she did was give me a headache!!!!!!

It's just not the same place since the buyout. The 24 hour drop off is closed. No more free deliveries and a lack-luster management. The front line staff is still friendly, but the new owners seem satisfied with a lower level of customer satisfaction.

The service here is impeccable! I have many designer suits and St. John articles that I ONLY bring to tower drycleaners. This dry cleaner, will also pick up any order of $20 or more in the neighborhood for free! Call today , theyr rates are fair as well. The only downtown drycleaner that is customer sastisfaction driven!
