Dr. Brown was fine, but her office staff needs some help. I had to call repeatedly for blood work and pap results. I am still working out the billing problems.

I'm having a horrible experience with this office. The doctor is nice but the nurse and staff are very unprofessional. They make you call repeatedly to find out if your lab results are in instead of calling you when they have them. They staff acts annoyed when you call to get your results when the doctor told you to call on these specific days. It's been almost a month and I still don't know my test results. Then you find out that they are unsure as to what tests they even performed.

I love this place. They are just so nice to the people that are coming in. I was so unsure about my pregnancy and they just helped me out so much and i couldnt tell them thank you enough. They help you with so many decisions and they respect every single person that goes in this place. It is just that great and i recommened it to everyone that would ask me about it.
