When I placed my order, the salesperson seemed very knowledgeble about their product. They did give me several options to choose from, but I was trying to get my money's worth. I got this huge pile of dirt that I thought I would never see the end of it. Thanks to my neighbors, they were able to come over and finish off what I left remaining.

It'll be a while before I need any more, but rest assure I will order from them again. I will only order the amount that I need.

Pros: Easy to work with. Spreads out thin. No rocks here.

Cons: Got too much had to give some away.

I would not recommend the use of this company. They kept changing thier prices and even after I ordered the top soil and a little fill they tried to over charge me after it was delivered. The dirt itself was horrible and when I tried to call them to complain they simply ignored me and would not call me back. Customer service was a zero and the quality of product was zero. You get what you pay for, not even close with these folks. I understand what folks mean when they say the cheapest way isn't always the best way to go.

I ended up getting my dirt, and the delivery man was happy to dump it in several locations for me. He was very amiable and polite.
The girls on the phone were polite, too, but perhaps not the brightest. Apparently, they forgot about my delivery completely and asked if they could do it another day. When I said no, they did go ahead and get it to me the same day.
Additionally, every time I called over a period of two weeks to double check prices, the prices were different. This occurred on the day I finally ordered my dirt within a period of only 10 minutes!
Guess the prices depend on who you talk to...
But, they were still cheaper than all of the other dirt places in the Arlington phone book.
BTW, the sandy loam topsoil had an awful lot of rocks in it. Consider upgrading even for fill.
