Do not take your pet here! Their "customer service" is terrible and during drop off they scared my dogs and literally drug them back to the kennel. During pick up they all but dressed me down for picking up a few hours early.

Very unprofessional and not trustworthy! Made reservations for my 3 dogs. The following day I was contacted to make a $50 non-refundable deposit. This was NEVER mentioned when making the reservations. If you can't trust the staff in making a reservation, how can you trust them to take care of your pets!?

You can tell that they really love animals! I feel really comfortable leaving my babies in their care. The place is really nice and clean and they take them out twice a day for free. Most places charge for any outside time. I highly recommend them!
