24 Hour Fitness

My car was broken into 2 times there they have camera in one side of the building but not on the other one. I ask the manager and he said they were working on that its been a year since. Most of the machines are old need replacement, the group room bike class is too small and the classes get too full in certain days. Now, instead of opening more classes they decided to allow some members to pay 1$ for class to reserve a bike, they promote as too make look for the member's benefit, I don't see any benefit on this if they really want to give a costumer a benefit them they would open more classes, I know is a dollar, but come on make the number and is not the instructor getting the money is 24hours. All I can say is that if they don't changed that as soon as my prepaid expires I go somewhere else. Love some of the member and instructors there but the gym its not that good, no when you have 2 more good gym opening with new machines..

Good gym, been going for 6 years, but they need to turn the music up again, i don't wear headphones and nothing drives me more crazy than listening to peoples machines squeak and crap, and not being able to workout to a beat!

I have been going here for a few years and always had good experiences with staff (especially childcare), cleanliness and atmosphere. I normally go at 9:30AM or 4:00PM so I never have to wait for equipment. My husband and I prepaid and it was SO cheap compared to LIfetime.

Salesman is definitely cheesy. I would recommend going to another location to sign up for membership. 24 hour Fitness is convenient and quite competitive.

Although I did end up joining at another 24 hour location, I wouldn't recommend signing up at the Allen location. The guy that "helped" me was worse than a cheesy used car salesman. He talked to me like I was stupid and I did not appreciate that.
